We have a problem with subscription orders and cancellations hanging in pending payment and pending cancellation state.

CCBill merchant support gave this answer and directed me to contact WooCommerce and WooCommerce’s support directed me to this wp.org support forum.

From CCBill merchant support:

Please be advised that we have tested everything.

The Form is working and everything has been set up correctly from our end.

Kindly note that the issue here is that Webhooks that we are sending WooComerce's server doesn't read (load correctly).

Unfortunately, this has to be fixed on their end since everything is working perfect on our end.

We will send you once again the 300 series codes explanation and our IP addresses for Webhooks.

"The client must take additional action to complete the request.

This class of status code indicates that further action needs to be taken by the user agent to fulfill the request. The action required may be carried out by the user agent without interaction with the user if and only if the method used in the second request is GET or HEAD. A user agent should not automatically redirect a request more than five times, since such re-directions usually indicate an infinite loop."

Hello, I’m posting here because customers in my site are getting the next WooCommerce approval?message when making payments with credit card:

I’d like to skip this window or disabling it and set my custom page as Approval message if possible, or rather nothing at all and redirect customers to My account after the successfull payment.

I’m using CCBill to process payments, and according to their support team, as per their WooCommerce documentation, that approval re-direct is needed. Is there anyway to use another Approval page? If not a custom one, maybe like when selecting bank transfer method for example?

Hello, I’m posting here because I’m ussing CCBill as payment processor for credit cards, and according to their documentation ( https://ccbill.com/doc/ccbill-woocommerce-module ) and support team, the woocommerce webhook for successful payments is as follows:

When using this in my CCBill account settings, after a a successful payment selecting CCBill payment method, I’m being redirected to this simple page which I’d like to change:

Is there anyway to use an Approval URL such as when selecting bank transfer method? Example below:

CCBill version 1.4.0

Around half of my recent orders do not go through when customer uses CCBill. Lately, it seems even worse with almost all orders not going through. Like in this image: https://postimg.cc/14k6Vyb7

The CCBill support says it is a problem with hosting, the hosting guys says it is a problem with plugin itself.

Hi,

My site is under WordPress / WooCommerce / WooCommerce Payment Gateway – CCBill

I contacted the CCBill chat which gave me all the information to enter on the plugin. So it’s ok!

On the other hand, when I make a test: by pressing “proceed to payment”, I get the following error message “Error during the processing of the order. Please try again.”

Where I am very unhappy is that before registering, I was well informed that I could have a configuration help. In addition, on the official plugin “WooCommerce Payment Gateway – CCBill”, it is clearly indicated that it is you who created it and who owns it. However, the chat person told me that it was not CCBill and that they could not help me?!?!

I’m completely lost…

Hi, My question can CCbill be integrated with this plugin ? I love the plugin as there is a full tutorial on youtube running through the entire process. Which might I add is invaluable to the consumer.

The type of site I have is not adult, but the site wouldn’t be excepted by the like of Paypal. CCbill is safe option meaning my account will not be flagged.

Is there a way around the WP sign in so my members do not have to log in via ccbill then create and log in WP.

Can they be treated as non users and just view the site?

CCBill Specific Post/Page purchase not working

Hi,

Trying to use the CCBill Post/Page Buy Now buttons, but without luck.

The transaction goes through fine for CCBill, and the approval email from them comes through. But the approval page looks just like the standard “membership” one instructing you to wait for an email and with a link to the home page.

No email containing the link to the post is sent, either.

My understanding was the customer should be redirected to the post they just purchased, right?

Hello,

i want to change a ccbill account for s2member pro, because i need to change my administration.

How will this effect my current subscribers, are the required Account/Subscribe Informations completly stored and handled by the s2 member plugin?

Means, will every membership just continue to run till its expires if i change the ccbill account?

Or handles ccbill these things and all current subcribers will be lost with a account change?

From my understanding the s2Member should handle all these things on its own, but i need to be sure about that before i make any changes and appreciate any help with that issue.
