I am experiencing multiple issues with the MultiVendorX plugin and am in need of your assistance to resolve them. Below are the problems detailed:
Issue 1: Adding Products Through Dashboard
When trying to add a product via the Dashboard, the system does not seem to recognize or list existing products for vendors to choose from. This makes it impossible for vendors to indicate which product they are selling. Here’s the step-by-step:
Issue 2: Navigation Button Unresponsive After Category Selection
Furthermore, once a category is selected for a new product, the “Next” button becomes unresponsive, preventing the completion of the product addition process. Steps:
Issue 3: Syntax Error on Dashboard Statistics Pages
On various statistics pages such as “Orders,” instead of displaying the statistics, the page shows the following error message:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'
The “Reload” button also appears, as seen in the attached screenshot.
I am eager to resolve these issues as they are hindering the functionality of our e-commerce platform. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.
Best regards, Arthur
]]>Recently i was used the trial version of this plugin, I facing the issue for quantity variation is not showing on cart page when I select the other option in rent items. Can five me the solution it will be very helpful. Thanks
]]>Is there something we can do to disable this and just have it automatically just start on step 2 where the “listing information” form is?
]]>The height of this dropdown is but only one character high. It is therefore not possible to see in advance whats below or above the displayed category, making it difficult to find the category you look for when there are many, especially when you have subcategories.
Could it be possible to change that field to a multi-lines dropdown for category selection, ideally providing a slight hierarchical shift for subcategories?
]]>How to change the category section to be multi-select? (Category selection only allows 1 choice)
I cannot find this option in the settings.
When looking at the “Placeholders for customizing event pages” There isn’t even the one that is found in the “Single Event Page” -> #_CATEGORIES
Therefore, I am unable to customize the event builder since the Placeholder for multi-select isn’t there.
Thanks
]]>I made some customisation changes to the timeline block but when I change the categories from “All” to the one I created for timeline posts (“Timeline”) I still get all the posts showing up. All the other changes save but Category reverts back to the default “All” every time.
I am using the latest version (1.1.2) of your plugin and WordPress 5.5.
If this is a bug is there a fix coming? If it is something I’m doing wrong can you please instruct me on what I can do to change this?
]]>I am using and testing the free version at the moment.
I know I can select only the categories I want to show but if you reverse this to out of an every increasing list there will only be 1 category I do not want to show.
So to save me having to remember to always go and add it in the Options area is there any CSS that I can include so not to show that individual category?
Many thanks for all and any advice.
