Issue with add to cart with Tutor lms and WooCommerce

I’ve selected WooCommerce as my ecommerce engine with Tutor LMS. If I logged in as admin i can add courses to the cart and checkout. But If I logged in as customer ( other accounts) when I add course to the cart I can see that the cart icon has added number that 1 course has added but when I click on cart icon or just click on “view cart” from course card it takes me to different page. The page has text “Great things are on the horizon” something like that. Its different page its not the cart. but if as a admin I logged in its working.

I’ve linked the cart and checkout page in WooCommerce “advance” section so that’s shouldn’t be an issue. I deleted current cart and checkout page and recreated default WooCommerce pages from “status” option, didn’t worked.

The theme I’m using is “Tutor Starter” if that helps.
I’m kind of stuck in development so it would be really helpful if anyone could help me to resolve this issue.

BUG: Unable to add certain items to cart

This plugin was causing a bug where certain items were not getting added to the cart whenever I tried to add them. I tried to add wc logger to add to cart and remove cart item actions, and the add to cart action does fire on those occurrences when it didn’t add them. However the remove cart item action didn’t fire.

Basically, logs say item gets added to cart fine, when it actually doesn’t. Like this plugin is blocking it from updating the cart. Not sure what exactly goes wrong there, but when I deactivated this plugin the cart functionality was restored.

Cart abandoned are not working

Hi, i found an issue on my website that the abandonment carts are not tracking properly. While checking some some cart abandonment plugin could able to see the abandonment carts but not a single plugin are sending emails. I thought it was a mistake from emails, but when we send test email for abandoned carts or we manually send email to the users work

i tried by clearing catches, using incognito as well to find out what’s going. The wp cron on WordPress has already enabled and working. Woocommerce is not in the latest version as well ( Current 8.1.1 ).

i tried using multiple plugin to see if its the issue of the plugin. But still doesn’t work and the new plugin i use unable to see the cart atleast.

Please help on this?

Problems with 7.8.0 : Minicart not working

Do not install 7.8.0. It breaks the Astra/Elementor theme and the side-cart/mini-cart feature. Customers can’t see their cart and what they add, it doesn’t populate. You will lose money.

The only solution is to rollback to 7.7.2

Cart page not working with php8

Thank you very much for your plugin! It’s really great and has all the necessary features. I had it installed on a server running php 7.4.33 and it worked perfectly. But php 7.4.33 is outdated and was upgraded to php 8 and the cart page doesn’t function anymore. After you add a product to the cart and proceed to the cart page you get a WordPress error or a blank page. I did some debugging which showed many fatal errors referring to the wc fields plugin. I did some research on the web because I’m not a developer and didn’t understand what was wrong with the code. I found out that these are quite common errors related to php8 upgrades. It would really be great if you could fix this. It’s a really great plugin and it would be a shame if it can’t be used with php8.

Hi @rachelquinn and @camberry,

In the latest version of the theme, you have to add the search and cart icons in the desired place ( menu or sidebar ) in order to be displayed on mobile devices.

I have tried everything and cannot figure this out. I have contacted support by email and it takes forever in between responses. I need to get this fixed ASAP.

I can only edit my website with Elementor. I used to be able to use the “Customize” button on top which would allow me to edit the header and footer and now it is saying this “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

I have tried to add widgets to the front page for the cart and search button which you can see but they are not visible on every page, only the front page. I have even downloaded a plugin to add the options to make this widgets available on certain pages and they are still only showing on the first page. PLEASE HELP!

Cart shows empty when products are placed in cart

Hello, I am having an issue with the cart for my shop. On my computer, when I add an item to the cart, the cart icon still shows as $0.00. When I click on it, the item is in the cart. On my phone, when I add an item to the cart, the cart icon shows as $0.00 and when I click on it the cart is empty.

I have been using WooCommerce for a long time but have never had this problem until just recently. I’m not sure how this could be related, but it seems to have started after I implemented an SSL certificate for my site. That was the only major change I made to my site right before this problem started.

I am using the Storefront theme.

Things I have tried that did not work:
-Cleared transients, recounted terms, and cleared customer sessions
-Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce
-Checked that there were no spaces or weird characters in checkout end-points
