I have a client who is wanting to ship bulky items over the Colissimo weight and size threshold.
There is obviously a weight cut and dimensional cut off for the cart. Can you please tell me exactly where this begins, as it seems to be rejecting orders below 30kgs, (ie. around 25kgs) though our default packaging weight is only 1kg.
What exactly is the cut off for;
a/ weight
b/ dimensions
And, when creating an alternate solution once the cart hits 30kgs (or what ever the weight/dimensional limits are), do you have a suggested solution for this? We will customise a solution, however, if you are aware of how to resolve this (client is happy to arrange bulk shipping off line and apply a flat rate bulk fee once the cart exceeds Colissimo’s limits)- please let us know.
Thanks so much.
]]>For Example
A user selects 5 number of tickets for event E1 (now cart has 5 tickets for E1 event)
Now if user select another event say E2 and adds another 5 either I want user to be notified he cannot add any events as he/she has already chosen tickets for E1.
There I want to give option to goto checkout and purchase E1 or clear E1 and add E2 tickets just selected.
For normal woocommerce products (like those in sample data of WC), I can block any addition or clear cart using the filter woocommerce_add_to_cart_validation. But it is not working for OT events.
]]>I am having a sale on some DMC cottons at the moment, and as there are 455 different colours in the range, a lot of customers are adding around 200 products to their cart. If they do this their cart shows a blank screen, or they get an error page or it shows the cart page with nothing in it.
Does Woocommerce have a limit to the amount of items that its cart can handle?
No one can go through with their orders if they want to place a large order, Its very frustrating for me and them!
]]>Input would be greatly appreciated!
]]>I run a website that does online restaurant ordering and delivery with multiple restaurants. Lately, I’ve been running into an issue with customers putting items from different restaurants into the shopping cart and I would like oh so much to stop this.
Is it possible to prevent this? Maybe by setting up each restaurant as a Product Category and somehow setting it up so the customer can only add items to the shopping cart from one Category per transaction?
If it’ll help, my website is https://www.considerdelivery.com
Thanks!

]]>Is there a way to specify the maximum amount allowed for Cash on Delivery/Pickup? We are using WooCommerce.
A site I have been working on, www.dinnermarket.com, has typical order sizes around $500. They also have Cash on Delivery (or in their case, Cash on Pickup) enabled. ** The problem is that any order over $150 will automatically REMOVE the option for Cash on Delivery during checkout. ** This is not ok for them, as they would like to have ANY order size available to do Cash on Pickup/Delivery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
