User stays logged in even after logout

Hi,

Thanks for great plugin. It worked really well just until recently when it started to leave users logged in even after they logout. When other users try to login they get a screen saying:

Logged in as:
Stuck user name, example: markeat45
Account status:
Active
Membership:
Basic membership
Account expiry:
Never
Logout (link)

Another strange thing is that even non members see this when they visit membership login page at /membership-login/

Unable to Logout from website with iThemes Security Activated

I am using the free plugin at https://christiangayschat.com

When the plugin is activated I can’t logout without getting first a question, “Do I really want to logout?” and then it takes me to a page not found.

When the plugin is deactivated I do not have the problem.

Is there a solution?

Can't log in or out of my site

For some sudden, unknown reason, when I go to my website- I no longer get the login screen. It goes right to my site, however when I click on ANYTHING, I get an error that reads, “Please login to to view this content”. I click on “login” and it simply reloads the same message… Can’t log in, can’t log out… I need to get into my admin page somehow and break this pattern… any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Logout link not working

I have been using this plugin for a while with no issues but I recently updated wordpress to 4.1.1 and I updated theme my login to the latest version. Now my logout links are not working on the front end or in the admin panel. It doesn’t give me a 404 or any error message, it just refreshes the current page and keeps me logged in.
My logout link is :https://cropcircleshawaii.com/log-out/?_wpnonce=50e3e5553f
I have tried deleting my cookies. This worked for logging my out once, but once I logged back in and tried to log out again, the same issue occurred.
I tried deactivating theme my login and this solved the problem. But I would really like to keep using this plugin if possible.

Can't logout. Need help figuring out why.

Great plugin, thank you very much.

Only problem is this: My logout link works, but it doesn’t function.

I remain logged in. I paste in an admin link and I can still edit and navigate just fine.

How do I solve this?

I am running a newly created WP site, 2014 theme,
using Shared SSL, and
no other login or ssl plugins are running.

Very basic!

My settings for Shared SSL:
Http:Fred.com/test1
https://fred.pairsite.com/test1

For the plugin settings I have:
SSL HOST fred.pairsite.com/test1
Force SSL Admin (only in plugin, not in WP-config)

I would love to help debug this.

Can't logout – Authentication Required – Protected File

Site is running 3.8.1. This site had 2 security plugins (Brute Force and WP Security) installed and enabled when we got it. The site was running slow, and having SEO issues, so we disabled and uninstalled both plugins.

The site runs better, and we didn’t notice anything wrong, until we tried to log out of WordPress. We can’t log out of the site.

When we click logout from the WordPress admin, an authentication login box pops up that says, “A username and password are being requested by OurSiteName.com. The site says “Protected File”.”

We cleared everything left by the WP Security from the .htaccess file. Just WP code is there now.

Hope someone has seen this before, and can tell us where to look.

When I attempt to logout after I get the “Do you really want to logout” screen and click Log Out, I get a “WordPress failure Notice” message in the page title but the page itself remains unchanged.
This happens only when both, tml and polylang are activated.

Logout Issue

Can't logout from admin after upgrade to 3.1

After upgrade to 3.1, I can’t logout at all. Anyone having the same problem? Can anyone please help shed some lights?
