I have just come into the office this morning to try again but now I cannot reconnect the plugin to facebook as I deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Now I am getting the following error when clicking “Get Started”…

I’m trying to connect my ActiveCampaign for Woocommerce to my ActiveCampaign account.
This error is showing after I entered my Api URL and KEY :
ACTION NEEDED: Please connect your WooCommerce store in your ActiveCampaign account first.
I did check that my url is the same in WordPress settings and ActiveCampaign account.
BUT, I’m using WPML and url of my website add a /fr/ or /en/. Is it the reason why it can’t connect ?
