Pro User: Website is Down

Hello,

I’m a pro user, but the website is down. After activating Freesoul Deactivate Plugins on my two subsites, each page is doing HTTP calls for 15-20 seconds. This makes every page on the backend take 20 seconds to load. This happened immediately after installing Freesoul Deactivate Plugins.

I can’t login to retrieve the updates to the pro plugin (in case there are any), and my website has now ground to a halt.

Please support ASAP.

Can’t access wordpress website

Hi,

When I try to access my website https://druzal.com it comes with the error message “Do you want to download ‘file’?” on my smartphone and redirects me to the host’s website on the desktop.

Sometimes I do get access and sometimes I don’t.

What is causing this and how can it be prevented?

Hello,

I’m trying to access the admin of my website and I’m getting the below message:

This page isn’t working
hiddengemstheblog.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

When I click on the question mark next to the url, I get the message that the connection to the website is not secure. I was able to access my website just fine a few weeks ago.

If anyone has encountered this issue or has any insights, please let me know.

SO i got a message from the hosting network this morning that my site has been compromised and when i got to it it says this

Can't access Dashboard or Website

I’ve been trying to access my website and dashboard for the last day and a half. I keep getting “the connection has timed out”. I had change the home page a couple of days ago, adding pictures and adjust text, so I hope that had nothing to do with it. I tried to go to by website on another computer and it took a really long time to load. What did load was pretty much an empty site and nothing positioned the way I last left it.

Tried to change URL, now can't access website

Hi! I created my website through the domain Green Geeks. From there I used WordPress through Softaculous. Basically, I had gone into the settings and there was this page where it has your website url typed in. Mine had said ginnyontheskinny.com/blog but I had accidentally deleted a letter from the url and I clicked save changes before I realized it. Because right after I clicked save changes, this white error page showed up. So I clicked the back button and even though I changed the url back to how it was supposed to be, it still popped up the white error page. It says: Error: name not resolved. And there is also an error that says; DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. please help me, I can’t access any of my site anymore.
