hiddengemstheblog.com is currently unable to handle this request.

When I click on the question mark next to the url, I get the message that the connection to the website is not secure. I was able to access my website just fine a few weeks ago.
If anyone has encountered this issue or has any insights, please let me know.

]]>My problem is the following:
Recently turned out that the https://ideasol.withssl.com/ and other sites below this, connected to the same multisite network, are not accessible through the admin.
I already tried the following to troubleshoot this:
– renamed plugin and theme folders
– searched for refirect lines in codes and commented it or deleted it
– deleted cache files and folders
– checked and modified .htaccess
– checked and modified wp-config.php (generated new auth keys, deifned site url)
– repared and optimised database
… and smaller things on the fly but no resolution yet.
Unfortunately I don’t know what action triggered this anomaly, because I haven’t been the one who managed and maintained the site, but most likely a WordPress update caused it.
I contacted our service provider, but they informed be about the issue is not on their side. The error log states:
[12-Jun-2018 13:42:31 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function switch_to_locale() in /data/domains/ideasol.hu/web/webroot/wp-login.php:440
Stack trace:
#0 {main}
thrown in /data/domains/ideasol.hu/web/webroot/wp-login.php on line 440
If we comment out this line, we proceed but other errors occur.
I assume I’ll be needed to provide FTP access, so the ticket should be private.
This issue is keeping 7 of our sites paralyzed, which are under multinetwork.
Thank you for your help in advance.
So I was recently working on a new site that I was building on localhost using XAMPP. I was building it and everything was going fine and working perfectly. Then, one day, I access my site and I am able to see my designed site but there aren’t any links to my admin page. I try going to localhost/wp-admin but it just says “this site doesn’t exist.” I can’t access my admin page at all. If anyone could help me solve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.

I’ve just changed my theme from OnePage Express to Themify Ultra and now I can’t get back in. I’ve tried changing folder/zip names of the Themify theme and moving plugins that come up in the warning prompt into a different section of my computer. I’d hoped that it would solve the problem but clearly didn’t work. Additionally, I changed the URL settings (before the warnings came up and the inability to access my site) from the original https://vividtreks.com to https://www.vividtreks.com and did make sure to double check that I hadn’t misplaced anything as I know that any errors in the URL name can cause similar issues.
I was doing CSV product upload on my site and it crashed during the upload. Now I can’t access the backend and at some stage I was able to log in but the backend was extremely slow. The website’s frontend is fine though, loads very fast, but the admin panel takes few minutes to load, sometimes doesn’t load at all and shows an MySQL error or Internal Database Error instead, getting these errors while trying to log in:
Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=xxxxxx in /xxxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1879
Warning: mysql_query(): MySQL server has gone away in /xxxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1879
Warning: mysql_query(): Error reading result set’s header in /xxxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1879
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /xxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1879) in /xxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179
I did the check of the db tables in phpMyAdmin and one of the tables shows “corrupt” another one “Table is marked as crashed and last repair failed” and the third one “Found xxx keys of xxxxxxx”. That happened most likely after the unsuccessful csv upload. I am attaching printscreen of the db check results. Please let me know if I can safely try to repair the database through phpMyAdmin, I do not want to make it worse. If the db repair won’t help what steps should I take to regain admin panel access in that situation?

I recently installed a pop-up plugin (unfortunately can’t remember which, as I was testing multiple), and as soon as I installed it, I was kicked off my site. When I tried to access my site again again, I received the following message:
Warning: require_once(/home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/external/wpmu-lib/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popover.php on line 64

I’ve tried accessing my site directly and through previously-posted links on my Facebook, and I am unable to access my site or admin site at all, and I really have no idea how to resolve this. I also have no experience coding (though I can see in the message that there is an error on line 64). I’ve read other posts with similar issues, and the other individuals’ error messages are different than mine.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you in advance!
Alex

Any idea what to do? I’m at a loss.
