I am having an issue with orders being canceled in WooCommerce, however they have have been paid. Something is going wrong in the communication between EWAY (payment gateway) and WooCommerce.
]]>This is a great plugin, I use it for all my websites. Thanks a lot.
Just recently we promoted Black Friday for our client, for which they have 80 cancelled orders, which creates a very very skewed statistics in my reporting in GoogleAnalytics….
I had to cancel my meeting with them due to the huge discrepancy to find out how I will handle this.
Is there a way to send cancelled orders to GA4?
Thank you SO much for spending time to assist.
Warm Regards
]]>The plugin seemed to import only completed orders to MailChimp on the initial sync.
Is there any way to get also previously failed orders to MailChimp (status as Cancelled or Failed in WooCommerce)? We have couple hundred contacts whose order has been failed previously and to whom we would like to be in touch.
It would be good if some tag/status could be set to those, so it would be possible to differentiate the customers which have ordered before and whose order hasn’t been successful.
Kind regards,
Niko
I have a problem with iDeal Payments and I would like to make my small solution for it.
Before I will introduce you about the problem. So… When somone select a payment method “iDeal” and then press “Pay for ordeR” – then the customer is redirected to iDeal website (to select a bank). When customer pays for the order and after payment closeed the window (without the redirection to the website), the order gets status pending. After one hours order is cancelled.
Is possible to change this time for e.g. 15 minuts?
Thank you in advance for help.
]]>Since a couple of weeks, my client is experiencing the following issue:
All orders done via Mollie are being canceled after a while in WooCommerce, if they look these orders up in Mollie, they are being paid, so it seems that something is going wrong in the communication between this plugin and WooCommerce. Most of these orders are paid via the iDeal payment method.
If one of these orders is looked up in WooCommerce, we see the following notes:
– “Mollie – iDeal betaling gestart” (translation: iDeal payment started)
– “Order could not be canceled at Mollie, because the order status is paid”
– “Onbetaalde bestelling geannuleerd – Tijdslimiet bereikt. Bestellingssatus gewijzigd van Wachtend op betaling naar Geannuleerd” (translation: Unpaid order canceled – Time limit reached. Order Status changed from “Waiting for payment” to “Cancelled”)
They are running the latest version of your plugin, WooCommerce and WordPress.
]]>Customer orders a product. The payment is completed and confirmed by our payment service providers. It’s via transfer, so we know for sure the payment is safe and sound.
However: no confirmation e-mail is sent either to us or to the customer (impossible to know a new order came in). And when we check on woocommerce orders it says cancelled.
EDIT: When checking the order notes it says “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”
It’s a new thing (started yesterday), and not for all orders.
No idea what’s going on?
]]>When i cancel an order , please what happens for the invoice, is it also canceled ?
thanks

The only plugin I see for Auto Restock is very out of date and the information I’m reading suggests the modern Woocommerce does it automatically. If so we seem to be missing how to do it.
How do we auto restock the cancelled orders?
