I never write reviews and in fact I wrote one and found out that I blew it and included links – so I’ve come back to add another, hopefully following instructions better.

I needed a way to display a different phone number on my site depending on where I was sending the ad traffic from. The 14 day trail was a game changer for me. I found a second little gem over at calljuggler and used it to grab three phone numbers. I assigned the google campaign to display phone number 1. I used phone number 2 for the facebook campaign. The third number was the ‘regular’ phone number for my site. When someone happened upon the site – they saw the regular number. What IFSO did for us was to display the tracking number relevant for GOOGLE/FACEBOOK and changed the phone number the user saw. When the user called the phone number then we were able to effortlessly attribute where the calls came from. Anyway, I appreciate the IFSO folks for allowing us to use the 14 day trial to set things up and make sure they worked. One other neat feature was if the user returns to the site again in the future – IFSO was smart enough to show the same original source number. LOVE IT. If you’re trying to do the same – go to IF-SO’s docs and look for > help > documentation > advertising-platforms.

Firstly thanks Jerry – the creator for a great Plugin!

It works perfectly on my website.

I can track Calls within GA/Behavior/Events.

However, i have 2 questions about the tracking>

1. Is it possible to know phone numbers calling to me in GA?
2. Is it possible to know how long each call is?

Phone Numbers formatted wrong

Hey there!

I’ve noticed when implementing the WhatConverts plug-in to my various client websites that sometimes the swap number that is generated is correctly formatted (000-000-0000) and other times it’s very jumbled looking and incorrectly formatted. You can see this in the url I’ve provided.

It also makes this change wherever the number is listed throughout the website. Is there a way I can go in and edit this myself without the use of a developer? Let me know what you think.

Need to allow HTML in "Phone" field

Please let me know how we can add HTML to the “tel” field. We need to wrap the number in a class for call tracking purposes. Trying to wrap as follows:

800-555-5555

But when we save the page it deletes our code out of the field. Please let me know what function or other code changes we need to make to settings of this plugin to allow for this. It is extremely important.

Location Phone Numbers Displaying in Page Source

I am using a call tracking conversion code snippet on the page where I am using this plugin on my website. In order for the code snippet to work, it needs to recognize the location phone numbers in the page source. Is there a work around with this plugin to display the location information as code on the page?
