Password Reset

I’m testing the reset password feature in UM. I click the “Reset Password” button and successfully receiving a reset password email. I click on the “Reset Password” button from the email and a page loads requiring me to enter a new password twice. I hit the “Submit” button but the browser gets hung-up (keeps spinning) until I receive the following error message:

The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to bcecards.com.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Is there somewhere to select your redirect page on password resets? Is this a conflict with WooCommerce? What am I missing? Everything else works GREAT!!!

Clear cache when comment added

I have an active blog with a lot of comments added, around 3 comments per minute. Only logged in users can comment. In order for non-logged in users to be able to follow the conversation, is it possible to clear the cache after every comment is added, or perhaps have non-cacheable areas / plugins / widgets?

Not all but 10 or 5 post become white simetimes

Hi guys. I have a problem with this plugin… sometimes some post or page become white itself.. I don’t know why. ex. If I clean all the cache the problem’s gone. But next day or tow days…. some post become white. not at all.. but some of them… I don’t know why this occurred… please help me… is it some sitting in clean caching automatically… or some setup???? Pleasee

Quick question – if using a caching plugin, is it still worthwhile optimizing the HTML in AO? I suspect caching plugins don’t optimize HTML, but thought I would confirm with you.

Olimometer 2.55 suddenly is caching and displaying incorrect totals

Hey Olimometer,

My website uses Olimometer 2.55 on several pages to display donation totals. I have recently noticed that image of the meter seems to be cached and thus appears to be incorrect unless I force a refresh of the page – this is causing a bit of confusion amongst our users.

As an example, click on the following page…

Then click on this one…

In all likelihood, the amount raised on Ariel’s page is identical to the amount raised on Kyle’s page. Refreshing Ariel’s page changes the amount to the true value.

As a matter of full disclosure, I edited update_progress() in olimometer-class.php to calculate custom total to display, however this caching issue seems to have cropped up recently, long after I made my edits.

How to exclude Yop Poll from W3Total Cahce

I am using W3Total Cache and Yop Poll, but it seems the page cache, or data base cache is preventing Yop Poll to show actual results from the surveys. That only happend when I am using yoop poll on single post at the end of the post.

My question is:
How can I exclude yop poll *.js and *.php files that it needs to show the actual and instant results?

Cache Refreshig Issue – Made changes and they wont show up live!

Hi there!

I’m pretty well versed in wordpress and have been using it for quite some time now. Im having an issue with one of my websites that I have never had before:

For some reason, I’ve installed a new theme, made many changes to the site, added many posts and pages, and non of my changes will show up live. They show up only when I am logged in as admin, but no one else can see my changes/additions…

Any insight on this???

Browser Caching and GTMetrix

So when I run a test of my site (https://www.lowerfrequencies.com/) on GTMetrix, it tells me that I am not leveraging browser caching: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.lowerfrequencies.com/Xb4qrcbP

However, I have W3 Total Cache activated and enabled. What else do I have to do? Is there anything else I can do to get caching to work?
