NO WP_CACHE
NO REDIS
NO OPCACHE
NO MEMCACHE(D)
ABSOLUTELY NO CACHING ANYWHERE
And the frontpage still shows a version from quite a while ago, updating has NO effect on it.
I have been using this plugin for almost a year and it has been fantastic. However, recently I have been experiencing which I believe may be down to caching. I use Litespeed Cache on this website and have now excluded all pages that are used by this plugin and your main plugin. Here’s a few of them;
/sign-up/
/book-a-class/
/annual-re-registration/
/parents/
/membership-login/
I am hoping that this resolves the issue, as what is happening, is that when members sign in, they are not being redirected to the ‘Parents’ page, but back to the sign in page. This is quite random and seems to occur mainly with mobile devices, which is why I suspect caching is the issue. Please can you investigate this and address in the next update?
Thanks
]]>I’m having an issue where when the Back button is clicked on the browser when on the checkout page (to return to the cart), it shows an empty cart. The user then must refresh this page to show the items in the cart.
I know this isn’t supposed to happen because I’ve tested this on other e-commerce sites. And this is something important because I feel many users will use the back button on the browser instead of clicking the “Go Back to Cart” link on the page.
Is this something that Woocommerce does or is there some kind of bug going on? Any tips on how to fix?
Thank you.
]]>Problem:
Search on desktop works only after I clear the cache with your tool but search AND menu does NOT work on mobile!
I do have chaching rules in .htaccess file.
Not sure if my chaching rules interfear with your optimization settings.
P.S. I did not have this issue before. I reported a preview picture problem before and you changed the lazy load type on your side. Is it related to this?
See here:

Please advise. Thanks.
]]>The conflict is really simple. If you are using the WP Rocket’s ‘Remove Unused CSS’ function, it breaks the Cookie Notice. So you have to exclude it. Again, no one will tell you how, so here it is.
Pop this url into the exclusion field in WP Rocket, changing ‘yourwebsite’ to your website;
https://yourwebsite/wp-content/plugins/cookie-notice/css/front.min.css?
Now it will work!
]]>I am using W3TC for cache, and cloudflare CDN. Hostgator is my hosting provider. I have cleared cache in every place at least 10 times a day for the last 4 days. I have checked all the settings on my wordpress blog and theme customization.
In fact, for a brief period of time my website was showing the new homepage on Safari, but when I cleared Safari’s cache and browsing history, it again reverted back to old homepage.
I have removed ‘X’ theme after I moved to ‘GeneratePress’, however I suspect something of it shall be remaining stuck somewhere in my website.
Another thing is, the new posts that I am publishing are also not showing up on homepage.
Additionally, I found that in some browsers and places the “Recent Posts” are also not updating even on pages and post-pages. Some posts are also showing in ‘x’ theme format – however most of the posts are in ‘GeneratePress’
Additional information: In the last 4 days, I have played with W3TC and cloudflare extensively and changed many settings to resolve the problem. Right now, W3TC and cloudflare are working on maximum settings(?) – basically, everything is ON in both of them.
I have also removed quite a number of plugins for security and otherwise while making my transition to new theme. I am not sure whether this is relevant information though.
Things tried so far:
– I have also deactivated homepage caching on W3TC.
– Tried disabling W3TC – no effect
– Disabled browser and page cache – no effect
– Connected W3 Total cache with cloudflare at API level – No effect
– Tried making homepage a static page – no effect
– Haven’t tested in thorougly, but newer version of website is loading on MOBILE devices.
Please help.
]]>I did some Googleing and saw that it could be a nonce/caching issue. We’re using WPRocket on this site. But I’m unclear how to exclude the form/Optin Cat from nonces.
What steps do I need to take to fix this?
]]>Here is how the shape divider looks with the width and height I set it to: https://prntscr.com/u4k9c9
But here’s what it looks like at times without me making any change to the shape divider settings:

I thought it was a caching thing but I deactivated Autoptimize and Cache Enabler and only left cloudflare

Background:
We are using Swift Performance light for caching and speed performance.
Since your last updates cookie banner is not shown on first visit anymore when uc.js script is included in the merging and caching process.
To ensure our compliance we needed to exclude above script which causes issues of

]]>I set the plugin to cache all my pages on the website. It counted them and lists it as 26 pages. It took some time for it to show “1” page was cached, that was several hours ago.
It still shows as “1” page cached of 26, and refreshing the cache page made no difference.
I did a performance retest (after several hours of caching) and I lost 1 performance point, and the cache page still shows only 1 page cached.
Is this actually caching and not registering the count or is it not working and stuck on only 1 page cached? – What am I missing if it is working?
