Hi,

We flushed the caches of both mobile ends and PC end (wordpress). But some of our mobile ends show different screen. Some of mobiles end delayed about 12 hours to show correctly. What is the problem? please help. thank you!

Deinstalled Amazon Auto Links PRO because the plugin never worked on wordpress.com for the carousel template.

Does anyone know if there a help guide anywhere for the basic cache settings to use within Amazon Auto Links to stop getting the Too Many Requests and Request Throttled error messages from the Amazon api?

I have tested in Scratchpad and there are no issues there. I have a new site which has an ‘under construction’ home page so I’m not getting traffic yet. However, I’m regularly getting the error messages as soon as I access the site and view any of my pages which have approximately 6 products on them using an Auto Links List template – I converted my units which were originally created in the Amazon WordPress Link Builder plug-in.

Cron Not Running every iteration

This is something you might want to put in your help document for troubleshooting.

We had an issue where our cron was scheduled every 3 minutes, but emails in queue were only picked up every 3rd cycle. This only happened when we ran the command from cron (worked flawlessly from browser or even shell command line).

Turns out our WordPress host is EXTREMELY conservative in CACHING. So it was not running the command when cron called every time, instead it just returned cached results!!!

We fixed the issue by adding a variable to the end of the URL to hold current epoch timestamp.

Now every call is unique and it runs as expected.

I use this on GoDaddy or other hosts where there is server-side caching or whatever going on, but the host does not minify code. It is nice to be able to exclude certain css files without having to give full paths to the filenames, just a simple detail but important for someone in a hurry who doesn’t want to mess about with settings, of which there are just enough to make you feel comfortable. Not difficult for a bear of very little brain like me to understand.

Suggestion: Include the “Settings” item in the top menu. (If you don’t want to be obtrusive about it, use a little gear icon.)

Hi,
I have a problem with a dropdown menu on my web site.
Web site is based on FatMoon theme. After I’ve installed the Polylang plugin, the menu stopped to dropping down (in every language). Also some strange arrows showed up (gray one, just under the menus’ elements), and the menus’ elements stopped being aligned.
I’ve heard that it might be caused by the caches, so i installed the WP Super Cache It didn’t help.

I would suggest an little improvement with the caches parameter.

I have a multilingual website (with WPML) and when we switch the language, the Top 10 caches are not cleared, so the result stays in the initial language.

I recommand to add a function for clear the caches when we switch the language.

In my case i have unselected the “Activate caches” parameter to resolve my problem.

and: i can’t see an option where the products are updated. the last update was in march this year?!
