All is working fine, but the buttons do not show. I have tried to switch from flat to image and so on but none of them displays.

Botiga themed site’s buttons suddenly stopped working on mobile!

Hey,

I’m using botiga theme on one of my e-commerce sites. It was working fine until recently and suddenly the buttons on the home page stopped working/ not responding on mobile. Desktop working just fine. This issue is only on mobile. Don’t know what to do. Please help.

When trying to login in to our wp-admin page, it is automatically in “safe” mode. There are quite a few issues wrong with our WordPress website.

Some content is missing from our website. Last backup was a few days ago and everything worked correctly.
Duplicator does not move pass “Next” after renaming the packages.
During setting changes, notifications at the top and any buttons corresponding to it does not execute anything when clicked.

Mini cart widget buttons are not showing

When adding a product to the cart, the display layout of the mini cart sidebar widget (it has no additional plugin or extensions for it, it’s just the core WooCommerce). Does not show the buttons that say “Complete purchase” and “View Cart”, instead it shows error messages:
“Unexpected error in: woocommerce/mini-cart-cart-button-block

Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘__experimentalUseColorProps’)

Event Calendar Widget next/prev buttons are not working

Hi Support,

We have this client site that uses your Pro plugin. They experienced the same problem last time however, it was fixed by clearing the cache but now, clearing the cache nor opening the page in incognito/other browser didn’t fix the problem anymore.

Problem – The next or previous buttons are not working.
When I clicked the right&left arrow to move the month(next/previous) it’ll only load and then nothing happens. e.g current month == to October when I click the arrow right to go to the next month(November) or the left arrow to the previous month(September) it won’t move to November/October.

Even with the option to select what month/year/date to display – nothing happens.

Please help us with this. This is so frustrating. The plugin is one of the most used on the site. And the client has been thinking to look for an alternative since this problem is so inconvenience for them.

Can’t increase the number of Tickets on safari

Hello,
my problem only exists on apple devices like iphone, Mac etc.
I can’t increase the number of tickets and so it stays at 0 Tickets (the “-” and “+” buttons are not clickable and the buy button is not avalaible.

On Windows and other devices i don’t have this problem and i can increase
the tickets and buy them without any problems.

Hello!
Installation and setup went smooth. My WP does not seem to have any errors, and even when attempting to share FB, Twit or Ln from your buttons – no JS or other errors show in console.

Your guy on the Live chat says that everything works on his side, but here I tested on 2 devices, both Windows 10 – and not working.

I am an advanced WP user and dev, so even if you point me to the right documentation, it should be sufficient for me to fix the problem.

Button Not working on admin Woocommerce Page After Update

I have updated to 1.9.41 (16 June 2020) and the certain buttons on the woocommerce admin order page failed to work, specifically shipment tracking button would not work. I rolled back to 1.9.40 and the button for shipment tracking worked again.

Bug? I used two different browsers, firefox and safari. Both browsers had the same problem. I turned off all ad blocking.

Tried on ipad and desktop with the same problem. The plugin that I had the problem with was woocommerce-shipment-tracking.

Sitewide Java Script bug & “Save settings” button not working in Async

Recently, I have had a sitewide javascript error that affects multiple plugins on the backend such as Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields, and even Async JS (e.g. https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/buttons-not-working-in-field-group/#post-132270).

In Async – I am trying to change the settings of JQuery to be excluded (and other settings), but the “Save Settings” button is not working. When I click, the page doesn’t refresh or anything. I opened developer tools and no errors or warnings show up.

I am not sure if Async is causing the problem as the JS problem in other plugins persists even after deactivating Async.

Other factors to consider: 1] Siteground changed my servers yesterday 2] I upgraded my PHP version to 7.4 (but the problem still persists after reverting to 7.3)
