No buttons showing for only one logged in user

For only one of my members the progress buttons are not showing up. She is logged in and has never seen the buttons. She is using Chrome v108. She has cleared cache and cookies and history etc etc. Logged out, Even restarted her pc. Logged back in still no luck. If I deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it will I loose the data of what other members have already tracked? How do I solve this issue. Note that I am not a developer so have little knowledge.

Hi there,

I don′t know what happened but the icons completely disappeared on my page. At the backend it′s a total chaos… The text for customizing is there but all buttons for the previews are gone. It happened on two of my pages. Everything is updated. It′s included on the page via the widget. Is it a problem on your site?

Hello,
This is working great, but on a few posts the buttons aren’t working. I’ve disabled and re-enabled, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!

Can't get the buttons to appear

I’m having trouble getting the sharing buttons to appear on my posts – or any page for that matter. I go through all the steps, make sure everything is marked correctly, click the save button, but no buttons show up. When I return to the sharing buttons settings it looks like all the things I checked and the icons I selected for sharing are no longer there. Help please!

Only Three Buttons Working

I am having problems where I have four buttons I want to use (button IDs are 1, 2, 4, 6), and the last one, ID 6 is not working. All the other buttons show up perfectly fine.

I am using the free version – is there a limit to how many buttons a free user can use?

Shortcode not working for buttons

Hey all,

I fell in LOVE with this plugin but suddenly my buttons aren’t showing up on any of my pages. It’s just white space. I’ve checked the pages to make sure the code is complete and still there and it is but it’s just a giant white space.

I’m not sure how to fix it. I tried changing the prefix from su_ to gu_ and also disabling custom formatting from the plugin settings but nothing seems to work. Please help me – this is through my entire site!
