Hi, we have a client selling fabrics by the metre, and for each fabric (product) they want to offer Samples (a little square of material) for a small fee and Returnable Sample books (a collection of samples in a display book) for a larger fee. So we’ve uploaded all the products via Webtoffee import plug-in, how do we assign the pricing and sample type to individual products? if you can explain the database tables that you use or Options then we could update the WP options using the SKUs if needs be.

I have followed instructions to use the bulk upload through CSV and it ends up uploading hundreds of blank quotes. It does not ever give me the option to assign columns to values…it just skips that and creates hundreds of “quotes” not populated with any data. Help! I have way too many quotes to upload to use the manual add method.

Hey I have over 1000 products and I need to assign images to these products. I have uploaded them all to the media library. Is there a plugin that can intuitively match images in the Media Library to products? I have named the files the same as product title.. so for example Product title Red Ball, media files are red ball_1.png, red ball_2.png etc. Thanks in advance!

Bulk Offload Doesn’t work

I’ve got a website with over 5000 images that I would like to bulk upload to Cloudflare. I have the paid Cloudflare images account and I’ve got an API token.

When I add the Account ID, then API, I’m taking to the settings screen where I’m able to start the process, but nothing gets delivered to Cloudflare.

I also downloaded your beta version since I saw you made some fixes, but the logs don’t record. It seems to time out. I’ve tried creating a new API in case i had it wrong but it might be a conflict with an existing plugin.

I also have Imagify premium. I’m afraid to turn that off since I need it to keep the image sizes small.

Can you help me figure out what I can’t get bulk upload to work?

I’m using it for managing movies/tv show “titles” on my website. Here each “Title” has a name, release date, languate, cast, director etc.

Wanted to check, if there is a way to bulk upload date from an excel or json to create multiple “Titles” in one go?

Currently I’m doing it manually 1-by-1, but it is taking a lot of time.

Is there a way to create all empty folders at once? Or perhaps a way to bulk upload the full folder structure?

Bulk Product Data Upload Issue – Videos not Importing Properly

I’ve been in communication with the PThemes team regarding an issue with bulk product data upload. Specifically, when importing a CSV file containing product data with videos, the videos aren’t importing as expected.

Based on extensive testing and feedback from the PThemes team, it appears the issue might be inherent to WooCommerce’s default import/export functionality. The challenge arises when attempting to set a video code as an iframe HTML or by link during the CSV import. The same issue persists even when using the default WordPress theme.
