Advanced Tooltip showing on page without hover.

Hello. I needed tooltip on a website I’m using and I saw Happy Addons have it for free, so I went with it. I set up the plugin, made the tooltips on two buttons in my header. I have it active on hover. But the tooltip is now shown on every page even without hovering over the buttons.

I removed the arrows in the settings, then the tooltip text didn’t show up by itself, but it stopped the whole tooltip from working altogether.

I’ve used the plugin before, but every time I use Happy Addons, it seems to always have a conflict with Elementor (quite ironic since it’s made for Elementor).

MetaSlider re-arranging imgs bugged

Hello,

I’ve been using MetaSlider for months now without problems and love it, but after the last update, I can no longer re-arrange my images in my carousel. Once I click any image to try and drag it, MetaSlider generates a dozen wide gray boxes. Here’s an example image

Any help would be appreciated, I’d hate to have to ditch MetaSlider eventually because of this,

That plugin is bugged as well.
No feed can be uploaded on Etsy, and no error msg displayed…

Plugin Deactivated AND Deleted and sill Blocking Site

Please let me know how to completely clean this plugin out? It locked down my site. The password used to set it up is not working. And now with it deactivated and deleted it is still locking users our of the site.

This plugin messed up Woocommerce product visibility

Some products were not showing on Woocommerce products list page. It took me a couple of days to narrow down the issue to this plugin. Somehow it messed up outofstock status of the products. Some products were shown as In stock, however in the database they were outofstock and there was no way to change that using Admin UI. Only when I deactivated this plugin I was able to finally update the stock status of the products.

How do the developers expect users to continue using this plugin if none of them will answer troubleshooting questions? Not to mention there is no direct troubleshooting email to engage with.

Your plugin comes with many issues, some that are years old, that need to be fixed. I’m thinking of changing to a completely new plugin because of the lack of communication from developers.

It’s fine to have a support forum for users to help other users, but when your bugs are this abundant, clearly you need a better troubleshooting team that actually responds to inquiries.

I’ve been developing websites with both paid AND free products and have never had any issues with receiving one to one responses with the free products. Ever. This plugin has been a first.

Disappointed.

The last 2 versions, 3.08 and 3.09, are incredibly bugged, the menus don’t work, I change my settings and the builder doesn’t save the changes, I select new global colors from my typography menu and Elementor says they’re saved when they actually AREN’T, I refresh the page after saving changes in my color settings and they DISAPPEAR…

They said those issues were solved with the 3.09 version, they are not only NOT SOLVED WHATSOEVER but worse tan before. Please do yourself a favor and use OXYGEN or any other builder, I started my site with this one and am now regretting it immensely…

A once great plugin has now been taken over by exact metrics. This company in the last update has removed most hte features out of the once great plugin, and basically made it a peice of trash.

These guys now want to charge crazy amounts of money to use the plugin. For an agency, the pricing being asked is simply not possible given the slim margins we nowdays operate under, especally given what hte plugin does, can be achieved with several other free plugins.

Simply put, see the negative reviews pile in, this plugin is now rubbish and you should look elsewhere. Even their support tickets are now no longer being answered when they used to be very onto it.

Poor form, corporate buyout has ruined a once great plugin. Learn how to effectively market your services exact metrics, this isnt the way, this is simply trying to profiteer off open source. Why dont you offer this as a lead magnet to your other sercices, dont hinder a once great plugin.

To any potential buyers,

Offload Media has major bugs that they have not resolved in ONE WHOLE YEAR. When you offload to your bucket (cloud) your local images are not properly deleted.

The purpose of the plugin is to NOT use your own storage.

The support team replies extremely late, and they have not fixed it and probably won’t for a while until you complain, but you should NOT have to complain for so long.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION WITH WORKING FEATURES

Media Cloud

Don’t waste your time man.

I had to do so many hot fixes that it wasn’t even worth my time any more.

Add to cart option buttons totally crooked

I couldn’t find a solution to this. The formatting for the add to cart variation is crooked. Have tried testing and disabling all plugins, scripts and styles, everything that was mentioned in the attach post but the formatting is still crooked.

Likewise, in mobile version, there’s a -OR- after the quantity, which can only be seen on a real mobile. Desktop versions of mobile view will not show this error.

Help please!
