Elementor view and website visitor views are different

I use Elementor editor. What I see within the editor, the layout, is not what a website visitor sees. Also, the text editor section of my Elementor editor doesn’t work. I can’t change the font or the color. Elementor gives me a default sans serif font and the size and color can’t be changed, nor can I change the font to something different.

Another item is that I can change the width and height of pictures within Elementor and the pictures changes as expected, but when viewing as a website visitor these parameters don’t change. The pictures stay the same size.

All of this makes it impossible to use WordPress.

I am stymied at this point as to what to do.

Note the menu at the top is wrong from the visitor’s view, and the blue line going across is wrong, and the text edit field at the bottom of the calculator is where the font type, size, and color doesn’t change.

There is a picture of a computer further down the page (not shown) where I have changed the size but it doesn’t show that in the website visitor’s view.

I am using Google Chrome as my browser for Elementor and Firefox to view the website from a visitor’s viewpoint. Cookies have been enabled on both. I have Win 7 x64 OS on an Asus ROG laptop. I haven’t had this problem until yesterday.

I am currently using the “Ample Business” theme.

Anyone else experience this type of problem?

I’ve been using WordPress for my blog Mauve and Yellow Army for nearly eight years with very few problems.
However, for the last ten days or so, readers have been unable to access my most recent blog entries on certain browsers.
While my two most recent stories appear on the browser I use most (Chrome) when I search for my blog, this is not the case on Explorer which only shows a story I wrote on 29 April as the most recent one and it’s the same on Firefox and yet Vivaldi also has the two most recent stories.
I’ve installed W3 Total cache and made a point of clearing caches on a far more regular basis that I did when up to date versions of the blog were appearing on all search engines, but to no avail.
Also, my last two stories have not appeared on News Now – they used to be on there within five minutes of publication, but not any more.
Can anyone offer any advice as to how I can resolve this matter.

After installing and uninstalling (& erase) the wpForo plugin, is impossible to read the pages of my site in some browser. In Firefox and Safari it shows strange signs, like this:
????rG?(?LF?(Aa?w7?7?”g4??? [???=kBV ? ?

The problem is resolved by “reloading the page” function. There are not problem in Chrome.

Any ideas?

Date Picker doesn't work properly in Safari, IE or Mozilla

Since the newest version of WordPress came out, the date picker function on the forms no longer works properly in all of the browsers out there.

I have a site that uses this form and it works fine in Google Chrome & Opera (and also standard android browser) but it doesn’t work in Safari, Mozilla or IE (and I guess that also means that it doesn’t work on iPhones either)

Is there going ot be an update released to fix this?

Incorrectly showing 404

I’ve uploaded a PDF file that I link to in a post. It can be reached successfully and everything works like it should in Chrome, however in Safari, Firefox and possibly others I get a 404 when attempting to reach the URL.

Please advise this is an urgent issue for me. Thanks!

I have just installed this plug in and it works wonderfully but only if I use Firefox (I do not have Chrome installed). I have had it working on PC and 2 android devices but ony

I have tried both IE 11.0.9600.18124 and Opera 34.0.2036.25 both of which are the latest versions. Neither of these work, they just see a blank screen and do not offer to share the webcam. My colleague will try his Apple phone later.

Other posts indicate that it worked on Opera earlier in the year.

Has version 2 changed the browser compatibility?

Hi everyone, good evening / morning wherever you may be.

I have just finished putting a site together for a friend

But that page doesnt look ok on IE or Firefox the “six month” & 1yr options arent sitting on page ok they hide under the sign up form

Never had this before how do I fix this please?

Website slow, not opening on Chrome or Safari

Our wordpress site (artreachchicago.org) has been running very slow and at time won’t even open. It started first with Chrome and now we are having problems across the board. We are using version 3.5.1 with the Hi! template. We are not wordpress savvy but want to fix this problem ASAP.

Hi All,

My site is currently live under a test site url www.example.littlebearmedia.com (a sub-domain of another domain i own). I thought it was ready to transfer the site onto it’s proper URL location but having done some last minute checks i have realised it does not work properly in internet explorer and is even worse in firefox!

The homepage in particular is all out of sorts. I’m not sure why this is as the site was based on a popular elegant themes theme called Evolution so i thought it would be compatible with all explorers.

This is a huge disappointment to me as being new to website development i have no idea how to fix these issues. If anyone is able to offer some insight and advice it would be incredibly appreciated as im at a loss.
