My client has replicated this problem on two separate machines running Google Chrome on a PC. Their machine was running Chrome version 111.0.5563.111 (Official Build) (32-bit).
When they switched over to using their Edge browser, the media plugin worked as expected.
For now, I think we’re just going to turn off the plugin and not use it because we can’t tell their staff to use a different browser. We will probably look for a similar replacement. (Suggestions welcome)
Please ping this comment if you’re able to look into it further, if there’s a bug fix on a future update, or if this has been tested and confirmed as working on the paid version available through Code Canyon.
when the customers try to pay, while using firefox, the PayPal-Popup is in english, even though our shop is in german. In Chrome and Edge, everything is fine. How can this be fixed?
Best regards
]]>Have a client Website where CMP Landing Page is installed and switched on.
With Mozilla Firefox and Chrome as Browser the Landing Page is shown correctly as it should, only allowing access to the “Impressum” and “Datenschutzerkl?rung” and contact options (E-Mail & Telephone).
I happened by chance to call up the site with the Microsoft Edge Browser and was a bit horrified to see that the Website was accessible (Cache emptied etc did not help).
Would be grateful to find out where the problem lies.
]]>And when the item has been added and viewed in the Check out, some of the dropdowns and ‘Additional Fields’ are not showing in Safari, but all seems fine in Chrome. If you could please help, that will be really great. Thank you!

]]>My website will not load on Google Chrome. I have updated the site significantly since migrating and the new version shows perfectly on safari, but on Chrome it seems stuck and will not update.
I am not technical and my host will not help. I would really appreciate someones help here.
]]>I briefly got a redirect to work on mobile (it doesn’t work now, and I haven’t changed anything), but it’s never worked on desktop (Firefox or Chrome) unless I’m accessing the link directly from the plugin. Clicking “check redirect” gives me a pop up telling me the redirect is fine. I have already deleted the cache on both browsers; no dice.
Here’s what my set up looks like:
SOURCE URL: /
QUERY PARAMETERS: Exact match on all parameters in any order
TITLE: [empty]
MATCH: URL and server
SERVER: https://www.bardicfool.com (I have also tried without the WWWs and without the HTTP, respectively)
WHEN MATCHED: Redirect to URL WITH HTTP CODE 301 – Permanently (I have also tried setting this to 307, since the redirect is meant to be temporary)
MATCHED TARGET: https://www.bardicfool.com/411
UNMATCHED TARGET: [empty]
GROUP: Redirections POSITION: 0
In case the above isn’t clear, I’m basically trying to get bardicfool.com to redirect to bardicfool.com/411 while I finish a website redesign.
Am I missing something? Or does it just take awhile for the redirect to go live?
Thanks!
ETA: If I click the link above, it redirects just fine. If I type the URL into my browser, it doesn’t redirect. No luck at all on mobile now. So…yeah. I have no idea what’s going on.
]]>I’m having issues on seeing the give form appear on other browsers via wordpress. Once I publish the page with the shortcode it appears in safari. But then I view it in the other browsers and it doesn’t appear. However when I go into the back end of the site in each browser and publish each one individually, it appears to me only and not the charity.
Been trying to fix it for a while and I know it’s my issue but I can’t figure out what it is.
Great plugin and keen to use it as the charity have now got the paypal set up.
It’s set up as a child to the parent homepage so wondering if that is an issue.
Thank you
Chris. (I’d raised a ticket also, #32581)

]]>Well, on only one computer, when editing a page or a post, some of the Gutenberg blocks are behind the WordPress meta data etc. that is usually at the end of the page after Gutenberg. On 2 other computers, I can see all of the blocks, and when I add a block, the WordPress stuff moves down. On this one computer, which is the computer my client works on the most, this does not happen so he can’t get to most of his text.
Why would one computer not work correctly? And the dev site works on his computer, but the new live site does not. Both work on the other 2 computers. All 3 computers are running Windows 10.
There was no way I could figure out how to get screen shots, or explain this any better. I hope if makes some sense, and someone may have an idea for us.
Thanks.
