Collapsed menu options & themes are broken

The menu of the Woocommerce Product Configurator has completely collapsed and no longer shows the options and the Modern Skin is not showing up either.
I do have a paid subscription, and these issues just recently happen when I updated the plugin.

Can you please help resolve this?

Broken themes PLEASE HELP

Somehow my website has become seriously broken and I don’t know how or why. If you go to the website all you get is the page text without any affect of the theme. I tried switching from my premium theme to several other includung Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Seventeen but none of them have an affect. I’ve deactivated all the plugins with no affect. This was happening on 4.9x so I tried going to 5.0.1 but that’s having any affect. When the pages are viewed in the editor they do have tha correct editing styles visible. I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this.

Hi there,

I’ve attempted to create a child theme to twenty twelve and did everything exactly as written here:

Created a folder at the proper place with the proper name and added style.css and function.php to it with modified style.css header.

Still I get this:
“Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Twenty Twelve Child Template is missing.”

Could someone please help and advise what is wrong?

Broken Themes – Virtue

When trying to load my Virtue child theme I get this error
(The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Virtue” parent theme.) Yet, the parent theme is installed. This is what my child theme style.css file looks like. Is this correct? Am I missing something? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank so much.

Hello!

I have created a homepage (www.horg.si) with the theme Simple Catch. I have made Simple Catch child theme and everything had worked fine till now. Now mx page is not visible and i am getting the following notice:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
SimpleCatch-child Stylesheet is missing. Delete

Is there any way to get a backup or is it possible for you to restore my homepage?

Deleted 10 old themes. Why is "Broken Themes" showing?

I deleted 10 themes. Now I see the message “The following themes are installed but incomplete”. How do I uninstall them? I looked on my pc for wp-contents/themes but cannot find this. I am just learning. The most detailed information is much appreciated. Thanks, Sue

Getting Broken Themes message in themes dashboard when creating Child Theme

Good morning everyone,

I’ve been trying for a few days to get a child theme to work. I have followed directions from several sites, including this one, to create a child theme and I seem to have done everything necessary but still get this message on the theme dashboard:

asteria lite child theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “asteria lite” parent theme.

I have installed Asteria Lite already and it’s plainly there in front of my eyes so I don’t understand the message?

I created a file called style.css and placed it within a folder called asteria-lite-child. The exact tree is: wp-content/themes/asteria-lite-child/style.css The folder for the parent template is right next to the folder for the child template: asteria-lite. This is the code in the style.css file:

I’ve tried changing upper and lower case etc but nothing works. I’ve contacted the author who I read is very quick at getting back but I’ve had no answer. Maybe on vacation?

I’m getting a bit desperate as I need to get off the ground with this for my client. Can anyone please help with this? Thanks in advance!

After recently updating WordPress, my website’s theme no longer functions. In the ‘Dashboard’ under ‘Appearance – Themes’ there is a list of themes I had installed which now reads: ‘Broken Themes – stylesheet is missing’.

I have searched through this topic in these forums and cannot understand a single word. I just want to delete these themes and re-install them or whatever.

Hi I was using twenty fourteen theme. And I tried to create a child theme. I must have done something wrong. I had a message on my dashbaord said Broken Themes. The message was “Themes must have a stylesheet and a template”. It said template is missing. I created my child theme as the way every one does. Can any one help to correct me please. Thanks.
