Hi, I have a problem viewing the site. If I open it with Mozilla I have no problems but if I open it with Chrome on Mac or mobile devices it gives display problems. Can I do something? How can I solve it? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Inspiro theme and description disappeared on Moblie and half of the pictures

I made a mistake by changing all of the plugins (except the theme) to update automatically. Now, I see that everything looks okay on the PC, but on mobile, the website is broken. I cannot see the description on the first page, and I cannot open the sidebar. Additionally, half of the images have disappeared. However, if I check the preview on PC to see how it looks on mobile, everything is okay, and all of the pictures are there. Do you have any idea which plugin could be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Customizations disappeared, unable to recreate

Hello Everyone,

Our entire one page express customizations seems to have disappeared. Except for the header & footer, all of the inside content is gone.

Figured I will update everything and try to recreate. But even that is not working. Here is the steps to reproduce:

1. Click on Page Content +
2. In the options that open, select overlapable > about-four-boxes-section. Green tick appears.
3. But the content does not show up in the customizer for editing. Nothing happens.

Any advice?

Theme options no longer working with update

Hi have just updated Redux plugin to 4.2.6 (from 4.1.29) and it has stripped my favicon, header image and some other theme customization (simple Mag by Themesindep).

Now defaulting to images that came with theme, and wont recognize theme option settings.

I’m getting my host to try and revert to previous version of Redux to fix issue.

What info do you need to patch this issue.

Blocks of Text on Sidebar

Hello!

On my posts page, I have a right-aligned sidebar enabled. As you can see, there’s a repeating block of text on the side that I can’t hide or get rid of. I can remove the sidebar option, but that only compresses the text more towards the right. It’s pretty annoying to me, so I’d really like to see this fixed!

New wordpress files old database

So I had to clean up a website that got corrupted. Turns out the backup I had was really old.

Long story short I replaced all the wordpress files on my husband’s website with a fresh new copy including removing even removed the custom theme files (thinking it would roll back to WP default theme)

I removed all plugins and put in only Akismet from the new WP files.

All this by SFTP.

I also updated the password of my database and made the wp-config file.

I want to keep the old database so that when I get the new WordPress working I’ll still have my posts etc…

Will this work? It doesn’t seem to be. The site is broken and I don’t know what to do next. Any suggestions would be helpful. Mary

Theme broken only in administrator mode

Broken Theme: Template missing in Child Theme 2017 & 2019

I am currently using Astra Theme and my WordPress has notified me to update my broken themes. Following are my broken themes:
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Twenty Nineteen:Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Twenty Seventeen:Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

However I only have 2 themes installed currently, Astra (activated one) and Twenty Twenty (Backup theme). Please assist me in removing the Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Seventeen themes completely or in fixing these themes. I even tried removing it from wp-content/themes folder but am unable to do so. I am not a developer and am not familiar with any kind of coding.

Please help me with above issue.

Missing Stylesheet Customizr

Thank for this great theme. I have been using it for a few years. After I updated the theme yesterday to latest version the site went blank. In admin area the parent theme Customizr has been automatically disabled with the message “broken theme: missing stylesheet”. At which point the site is automatically reverted to default theme.

I tried deactivating the child theme, deleting the parent customizr theme, re-installing customizr theme. But each time I install the theme I get the same message that the stylesheet is missing and am unable to activate the parent customizr theme.

I wonder are there other reports of the same issue?
