Sorry i can’t include the site, I’m hosting it locally so I can’t really show it to you all.
Today my site lost a lot of its functionality. I can’t press the “view page” buttons while in the editor, the “edit site” shortcut in the dashboard doesn’t work and I can only edit the site with the “edit site” button on the top left while viewing the site. What’s really weird is the home page looks fine on the viewer, but when I try clicking the buttons to get to other pages it says “the requested URL was not found on this server”.
I also can’t do a lot of other things in the editor. The style is gone from the background, it can’t find the other pages for the header (says Page List: cannot retrieve pages) and the header also says “Site Title Placeholder” instead of my actual site title. Basically something is going super wrong with the editor where it’s missing like 75% of what should be on my site.
The actual viewing part of my site seems mostly fine except for the missing page connections.
Any ideas of what could be causing this?? The only thing I’ve changed recently was pasting from the backup folder in xampp/mysql/backup into xampp/mysql/data/ since that’s the fix for MySQL failing to run in xampp. I don’t think that should actually change anything with the site though since the backup folder doesn’t have the folder with the site database, only sql stuff.

Paragraph editor just writes lines on top of each other

From within the back-end Gutenberg editor, to write a paragraph every new line just writes on top of the old line. Which makes the text entirely garbled and impossible to read/write/edit from the back end. On the published site/front end it looks fine. But this makes writing/editing from within the editor impossible, and as I’m eventually going to hand this site off to a client I’m going to have to consider it a breaking issue, which would be a shame. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Keyup event error

Whenever we create a new pop-up or try to update an existing, an error appears and the editor box functions disappear.

This is the error which occurs upon saving:

Failed to load plugin: chch_lp_keyup_event from url https://apartmentsthewoodlandstexas.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/chch_lp_keyup_event/plugin.min.js

We have the developers license.

Broken TinyMCE editor in 5.1

Hi! When I updated my site to WP 5.1, the back-end editor broke:

– On the Visual tab, it appears to be blank, but is actual white HTML on a white background. There is no visual preview.

– On the Text tab… well, I am unable to switch to it. Clicking it doesn’t do anything.

I disabled all plugins and still had the same issue. I have made a duplicate of the site on the same server, disabled plugins, and switched to the Twenty Nineteen theme – but when I update to 5.1, the same thing happens.

I am indeed seeing javascript errors in the browser console. Two syntax errors:

Unexpected EOF for mce-view.min.js:1
Unexpected EOF for wp-tinymce.js:3

And one “referenceError”, “Can’t find variable: tinymce”
Global Code – post.php:2505

Can someone advise? Thanks!

Beaver Builder is broken when this plugin is activated

Hi, first of all this plugin is very effective when improving our sites scores in page speedinsights, however there are still some issues left that needed fixing. Whenever we activate the plugin it speeds up the site but we can no longer do edits on our page through beaver builder plugin. I can see a lot of javascript errors when I’m trying to view the js status with chrome inspect element > console tab. Do you have some alternatives or tips to provide to make this plugin work with beaver builder.

Text editor and Visual editor are showing up blank but pages still show content.

My website, willkreiser.com, is up and running on my remote server. I somewhat successfully transferred from my local server yesterday. However I can’t see anything in my text editor or visual editor. I have already tried:

Turning off all plugins to see if they are the issue, they were not
Re installing all content except the wp-config file and wp-content folder
Several default themes to see if it is a theme releated issue

Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m trying to release this site to the public ASAP and this is majorly holdign me back.

Hello,
I cannot paste any content into posts for some time now.. maybe 2 weeks! It literally stopped my content creation dead in the tracks because I mainly use content curation at the moment, so external links to blog posts and authors social profiles are a must for me… manually copying all this data just takes too long and is prone to writing errors.

Also, I cannot even activate the hyperlink popup to even insert a link manually!

I have looked this up in the forum and a lot of people are having the same problem!
I asked my hosting company and they are running PHP 7.0 on my server.

Please let me know what is wrong here?
