Recently we sent out our second newsletter this month ( 2 weeks apart (8/4, 21/4) to all of our members, however every bigpond address bounced the newsletter back and caused a few issues regarding an important reminder that was contained within.
I was wondering if you had an idea as to why this may have been the case, we are currently looking into our analytics to discern a problem, and thought it may be a spam blocking filter for multiplicative emails from a chain email address? If it’s something simple we’re over looking or is a known issue please let us know, it’s the first time we’ve had this happen.
Thankyou for your time
]]>I have removed the users from the bounce list and tried some test news letters but they keep failing. The users will just show up on the bounce list again.
The bounced users use @hotmail.com, @yahoo.co.uk and @msn.com. We also have other users using these domains and they have no issues receiving our newsletters.
The users are all paid members of a paid website and are actually complaining for not receiving our newsletters.
How do I fix this? Help would be much appreciated.
]]>It’s a Rogers account and we have a total of twenty members with that provider. All of the others are receiving email from MailPoet.
Can the email address be removed from MailPoet’s list?
If so, how do I communicate it to you? I didn’t want to include the member’s address here.
Do subscribers get blocked by the MailPoet Sending Service once they have bounced? If so, how do I request that they be reset?
]]>How can I ensure that these addresses are no longer bounced?
Thanks in advance for your response.
Regards,
Theo
]]>Many from yahoo and aol marked bounced, but also gmail. All are valid email address. They were engaging with content.
Residents of the Home Owners Assoc., who engage with our content are coming to the HOA office because they are no longer getting emails. These individuals stopped getting these emails about two weeks ago. They have valid email addresses. They are nearly all yahoo, hotmail, and aol. Highland Lakes uses the MailPoet sending service. The client (Highland Lakes HOA) was having none of these issues until two weeks ago.
– Subscribers who engage with content (open the emails) not receiving email as of about 2 weeks ago
– Same subscribers are on the bounced list
– Tested emails to these addresses and they are working emails
– Primarily yahoo, aol, hotmail addresses but there are a few gmail and vanity domains, snet, and tampabay.rr.com
