Header z-index

Hi,
I am using bootstrap modal and problem is that the header is displayed on top, over the modal. The modal should be natively displayed on top of all elements.

I tried to adjust z-index of header and the modal, but without luck.

Can you please give me an advice how to keep modal on top?

Hi,

First sorry for my bad english. I explain my problem :

bootstrap modal function doesn’t work when Disqus for WordPress is actived. I got this message ” jQuery(..).modal is not a function”.

When I deactivate Disqus, it works.

Example : when I submit my form on contact page of my website, modal window came to get GRPD consentment, but when disqus is enabled it doesn’t work.

Can you help please ?

EDIT : My website use a custom theme. I am this theme developper and I have bootstrap css and JS from bootstrap CDN

Doesn’t work tinyMCE’s ‘link’ in the modal

Hello! Thanks for the great plugin!

But i have an issue. I couldn’t add a link to the spot on the image. TinyMCE’s editor seems to be not fully functional inside bootstrap’s modal.
As a temporary measure i have disabled the modal feature. But it would be better if it worked properly.

Right now i am using the latest version of the plugin.

Stop Boxzilla modal loading if Bootstrap modal open

If I have a modal already open I want to make sure that the Boxzilla modal does not load as well.

I am using Bootstrap.

I’ve tried the following code

        // Hide Boxzilla Modal if BS Modal loaded
        $('.modal').on('show.bs.modal', function () {
            // hide boxzilla modal
            Boxzilla.hide(11676);
        })

This will trigger when a BS modal is loaded. Any ideas how to stop the boxzilla modal loading. In particular, I am talking about with Exit Intent.

Z-Index for city autocomplete dropdown

I have my contact form 7 within a bootstrap modal. When I type in the city field, the autocomplete is behind my modal. How do I set the z-index for that drop down to show above my modal.

What is the class or id name that I can use in my style sheet to update?

Map inside of Bootstrap Modal

I wanted to include a map inside a bootstrap modal but it shows up as a grey square with some controls (map/satellite and street view) but it isn’t functional.
I looked around and found that it’s a know problem for google maps but seems to have an easy fix.

But for this to work I would need to have access to the javascript var the module creates and I couldn’t find it.
Is there a way to make this work?

Bootstrap Modal Window Error

Hey Jeff,

Great plugin! Thanks for being responsive on the support forum to.

So I have a unique case. I am trying to get the plugin to work inside of a modal window within the Bootstrap framework, but the posts are not going through to the post queue.

It feels like a successful submission when you hit enter, but the posts don’t go through.

And the modal pops open when you hit the red button in the top right corner.

I have set the posts to auto-publish for the sake of testing.

Any thoughts?
