A customer mistakenly booked event A when they wanted to book event B. I struggle to find a way to edit their booking to reflect the event change. Is there a way to do so without canceling the original booking and ask them to book again?
thank you,
Alex

]]>We are using the Events Manager plugin and all has been going fine until sometime this afternoon. The registration form for the events doesn’t list all of the required fields. It only lists Name, Phone and email. It still error checks for Address, City, State etc.. and therefore doesn’t allow new registrations.
Any ideas?

The problem comes up on all events and this is the error showing up when trying to book:
“Booking could not be created: There was a problem saving the booking.”
I have tried deactivating and re-activating the plugin but it doesn’t help.
