Can the message field support styling like bolding of text and clickable links like WP’s Text Editor? In particular, client would like certain lines or words to be bolded.

Is it a bug or am I missing something here?
I have a form with several “Number” and “Single Line Text” and “Calculated Field” fields. In the preview they look great, but once the form is published to my page it is bolding all the text associated with each filed. I look at the page source and see that has been added to the first field “Tract Interest<\/strong>”. You’ll notice that the tag is also not closed properly. All the HTML tags on the form are like this. Since the tag is added and then not closed properly the whole form is bolded.

Another thing! On the visual tab, IT SHOWS UP FINE, but when I look at the preview, or publish and view the post, it is still bold.

There is no caching program and I have tried to clear my cache to see if that is the problem.

Tiny MCE Advanced Visual Editor – Indent, Bold, Etc. Not Working

We have used TinyMCE Advanced for several years now on The Political Carnival

and it has worked just fine. It has everything we need.

Recently, however, for, say, the past few weeks, we have a real problem with the Visual Editor.

It does not reflect indents or bolding or blockquotes, etc. The HTML code shows that the indents have been applied (or the blockquotes or the bolding) and we can see them when we check the preview – and they’re there on the posts – but the Visual Editor itselfdoes not show any change.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

The TinyMCE Advanced version is 3.5.8. WordPress is at 3.5.1. The problem is the same in Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7 machines (three different ones in different parts of the country.

The site is hosted on RackSpace and we’ve had no problem with the hosting whatsoever since nearly a year ago. It’s on Cloud Sites (their managed hosting) and neither they nor I have made any server-related changes. I did install a new theme but we had the problem with the previous theme before I installed the new one. We were hoping the new theme might clear up the problem but it did not.

I’ve deactivated and uninstalled the plugin plus deleted the files several times but there’s no change when I reinstall and reactivate it.

Will appreciate any help anyone might be willing to give me.

changing font characteristics

Is it possible to change font characteristics on image captions in Nextgen Gallery? (such as making titles bold while keeping other description information normal.)

Is it also possible to center that text rather than have it alighned left as is the default position?

Threaded comments and bolding in Theme

I’m having a few issues. Two actually.

1) I’m not sure if my theme has anything to do with it but whenever I bold things they show bold in the Admin editor but not on the actual post.

2) I have threaded comments enabled but they’re not appearing in the comments section. Am I missing something with either of these? I know a tiny bit of my way around the coding in CSS and all but still might need so guidance. Is there a plugin possibly I need?

two problems: font and sidebars

I’m fairly new at the WordPress, so apologies if these turn out to be dumb questions. First off, when a new post is added to my blog, previous posts are, for some reason, bolded. There is nothing within the individual posts to cause this, so I am puzzled as to why this would occur. Second problem relates to the sidebar; on occasion, a post will push the sidebar to the very bottom of the page, after all entries have finished. There is something presumably within the current post that causes it, but I am at a loss as to what. My WP page is here: www.wellesnet.com. Weird bolding in posts

in some of my posts, the entire post is bolded when only some headers are supposed to be. the weird thing is, the posts look fine in the post editor. they only are bolded on the actual site. i dont think it’s a problem with my site’s code, because most of the articles are fine. is there a known bug where wordpress wont close a tag or something? is there any way i can fix this?
