Currently, a student can choose to enrol in the course, and the admin can remove them. However, they can again join the course back coz they have a link.

Is there a way to make sure once removed, only the admin can add them back? Or a way where when they click on enrol, the admin receives a request to add them to the course instead of getting added directly and accessing the course contents?
