After migration, can’t use new post, new page, and duplication function.

After migration with backup file, and fixing some bugs of .htaccess problem, new post, new pages, duplication function is not working. It shows just blank white page. Is there a someone who can let us know how to fix this problem?

Hi everyone,

I really can use some help

I have a website that I uploaded to my host, the first problem is that the owner of the website need to keep the old website as archive.
The second problem is that the website files size is 5.5 GB !!!!!!
I have no idea about that.
The third problem is that the the old website was built on vivvo, and I don’t know any thing about it. But I can learn haha.
The biggest problem is that when I need to access the wp-admin, I have A BLANK PAGE, I stucked here, I have no idea what to do, but I noticed from the URL that I have conflict between the new and old dashboard or something like that, because the old favicon appears beside the name of the website name, I don’t know is this the problem or what.
Please I need help ASAP because I need to release the website in saturday.

My Entire Site Has Disappeared

I installed WordPress today and have been using it fine for a few hours. I have been uploading new themes and trying them out- all of them working fine, until I uploaded one theme. Suddenly everything disappeared. I could click on the links to my dashboard, appearance etc, but every page one was blank. No information on any of them.

I went to my themes folder, deleted the possibly offending them, restarted Firefox but still I can’t bring up anything! The entire editing system is blank. At the moment I’m working as admin on local host so I’m not even sure what to tell you the address is.

Blank pages when posting, commenting and more. Weird behaviour.

Hello

Everything was running fine and I didn’t touch any files or SQL tables, when I logged in to the Dashboard and discovered:

1. The normal space for “WordPress Development Blog” and “Other WordPress News” is now empty. (But everything else is there.)
2. When I post, edit a page or post a comment, a blank page loads after pressing the “Save” or “Post” equivalent buttons. However, the pages are saved, posts and comments are made safely.
3. Under Manage >> Posts, my posts are not loading. However, my pages load fine.

Lastly, everything on the site front is loading fine.

Is this just an SQL glitch that will go away with time? I have another WP powered blog installed on a subdomain and everything seems to be fine there.

Any clues? =(

Site showing white blank page

I’m really baffled by this – hope someone can help.

A friend of mine in Canada says my two sites only show white blank pages. I check, they’re fine. I get a friend in the US to check, they’re fine. I have people looking at the sites from Argentina, India, all over the place and they say it looks ok.

Then I got to work, check from there, white page. Why?

can’t delete posts; post editing gives blank page, but works

My site gives a number of errors which show up in the search results here, but none of the solutions I’ve tried so far have worked. I suspect these problems are interrelated. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I am running 2.0.5

– I (the site admin) can not delete posts. At first the “Are you sure dialog showed up. Clicking OK to delete used to do nothing. Then I cleared my cookies and cache, and now it takes me to a blank page. If I try refreshing, I am given a warning about “POSTDATA”. I am using Firefox. In any case, reloading the site shows that the post has not been deleted. However, I can delete comments and links.

– When I edit pages, if I click on “Save”, the page is replaced by a blank page. Reloading the page shows that the changes have, however, been made.

I have the wordpress-tuneup plugin activated. If I deactivate it, I sometimes get errors called “Internal Server Error”.

Furthermore, my admin bar plugin’s “Edit this post” function does not work, since the post number is missing from the URL it generates. This made me suspect my permalinks, and, indeed my htaccess file has none of the 100’s of rewrite rules it used to have in it. I changed permissions and updated the permalink structure, but the htaccess file remains the same (it does have a WordPress-generated section in it, just not with the many posts’ rewrite rules included).
