After Installing Image Optimizer plugin blog page is blank

I installed the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin then mass optimized all of my images. After that my blog page is blank, but I can access all of my blog posts and images show on my blog posts.

I’ve deactivated the plugin and rebooted my server, but still same issue. Any ideas?

First PopUp of the Page Doesn’t load (Blank)

Hi! So I’m building a new webpage and I was very excited when I found this plugin – it works great! However, I have a problem that I don’t understand and don’t know how to fix.

So this is the webpage in question, https://allenrec.com/allen-ai-recruit/ all popups work good but the first one, I don’t know why, it doesn’t load and it is stuck in a white page. It is weird, because this doesn’t happen when I’m in “Preview” in wordpress, but it does in the ultimate public page.

I did change the order of the pop ups to troubleshoot a bit and to discover the issue, and it’s always the first popup of the page that follows this behaviour. So it’s not a problem with the content of the pop up in question, or its set up – as it completely works when it’s in the 2nd or other place, but it doesn’t when it’s the first.

Can someone help please? Thank you so much in advance!

Menu on mobile will result in blank page

Hi guys,

just started working on a small project, finished some basic structure and found out that the hamburger menu on the mobile does not work. When I click the menu on mobile, only the white blank screen will pop up. Would someone be able to direct me where I made a mistake?

Already tried following: clearing cache, deactivating plugins, adding different menus (all menus do the same), all plugins and theme updated

I’m getting blank sitemaps ?

I’m getting no links in my sitemaps, and not sure where to go from here. In the current sitemap, I have links to:

https://fphkb.com/index.php?xml_sitemap=params=misc
https://fphkb.com/index.php?xml_sitemap=params=post-sitemap

Opening the second link, which I assume is for the posts, gets me another file with the following link:

https://fphkb.com/index.php?xml_sitemap=params=main;html=true

No posts, just that one link. Opening that link just loops me back to the same place.

I’ve tried:

Uninstall/reinstall
twiddling all the sitemap content off/on in different combinations.
changed Links per page to 10000 (site will eventually have more post than this)
Turned off/on/off Post priority (currently off)
Removing posts
Adding new posts after reinstalling

Kind of at a loss where to go next. Currently running:

Everything is blank with a broken image on the front end

I noticed that the weather widget is suddenly not populating anything on the front end of our website. The Temperature icon displays a broken image link icon and all weather stats (humidity, clouds, sunrise, etc.) are listed but no actual information is shown after the stat title.

I tried rolling back the plugin in case that made a difference but the only change was our city/state displayed properly but everything noted above was still missing.

I have also deactivated all plugins other than Location Weather and tried a default WordPress theme but the details from the weather widget were still missing.

Thoughts? I am using the free version of the plugin. Thanks in advance!

Redirect 301 on a WPMU Target_ No Self

Hi; many thanks for this Useful Plugin
It’s basically the core of my WPMU, forwarding visitors to third parts sites

And, with redirects, it does it brillianty.

What I’ve miss, possibly, is the ability/capacity to open a said third parts link’s in a new Tab on visitors browser, and not in _self.

Any tips on this, or a page where this setting has been implemented, or whatever it can help to sort this out, code too.

Tour Page Won’t Display After Reactivation

I had to deactivate Place Press to test out some other plugins. When I reactivated it, I noticed that when I clicked on the link to the webpage, it went to our home page instead of the tour’s web address. I added it back to our menu and that still did not correct this problem.

I have looked at the page inside wordpress editor and the contents are all there. When I click on view preview, it displays perfectly BUT when I am in the editor and click on “view tour” it shows our home page.

What do you think happened? How do I get my page to display again?

PDF Invoice is empty

Hi there,

when I try to generate an invoice the PDF is empty. there is only my logo in the top right corner.
When I turn on the “generate as HTML” setting, I get the invoice without any problems (but not in pdf)

Is this “bug” known ? or is there already a fix for this ?

Homepage shows blank with desktop
