Here is an example of what the installed Hello Elementor looks like in a Live Preview (not activated). The same is consistent with all other live previews, and a lot of standard Previews aswell.

I have no idea what the issue could be.
I’ve been having issues with my site lately but sorry if this question has been resolved in the past and I couldn’t find it.
I changed my theme and migrated everything into the new setup. However, when someone first tries to visit my site they are greeted with a blank screen unless they reload the page. Once reloaded, they get the proper site.
I inspected the page and it looks like it’s trying to run the old version of the site but it comes up empty and loads a blank screen. It says the source file is an Autoptimize file in my cache but I’ve looked through it and there’s no corresponding file. I’ve tried emptying every cache I can think of as well as deactivating the plugin but no luck.
I’m relatively new to all this so I’m beyond my expertise trying to figure out a solution. Please let me know if you have any advice or need more info
Thanks in advance!
It breaks my website. I think there might be a Javascript error.
Lost top menu on mobile and my contact page doesn’t load. After disabling Autooptimize everything appeared to work again.
Last week my site was under brute force attack and someone was trying to login repeatedly. In order to block it I changed the .htaccess file and added:
deny from all
allow from 222.222.222.222
– and then my site went blank. I can still access it through /wp-admin and have a full control panel/backend however on the front end, it’s all blank.
I assumed it would come back once I removed the code, but it didn’t?
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what to do? (Other than changing the host who’s washing their hands!)
Thank you in advance,
Mariaestela
Checking the source code reveals that all of the normal information in the
area is there, but the only thing in the
is the thin site footer (not even the normal fat footer).
All of the admin screens, including the login screen, work fine.
The site is running a customised Genesis theme. I have restored the site to pre-update and made sure the Genesis update is applied first, but same result.
For now, I have restored to pre-update and set WordPress not to autoupdate, but obviously I would rather have the core files up to date.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
