cannot go to full screen

I loaded YouTube embed and it works fine. I do have one problem. I have no icon for going to full screen mode. I have tried to figure out how to enlarge the video image but have had no luck.

What am I missing? Can anyone please help me with this?

Big picture in first post excerpt

hi,
my problem is:
I don’t know how to get the first picture of my first excerpt big (and basically how do I get this different layout shown in the picture below)

Here is a picture of what it looks like right now:

and here is one how I want it to be:
Layout how it’s supposed to be

So I basically want to keep the posts on my home-page as excerpts but the first post should be different like in the second picture.

(The thumbnails are pictures I cropped in Photoshop and uploaded to wordpress, which means they are not automatically cropped by wordpress. That’s the easiest way for me and it should stay that way.)

I already got a special class for the first post (so for example I could make the background blue for this first post if I wanted to) but I have no idea how to get the first big picture from the first post into my excerpt(1st post).

(The big picture I want in my excerpt on my homepage has the same size as the picture in the post btw.)

Alright that sounds really confusing…
I hope someone can help me anyways.

I’ve tried to find some way to show the thumbnails when I’m in images browser, and so if I click the thumb~ it’s open on the same page in the images browser, is this possible?

Hello
I try to upload a picture to my nextgen gallery 1.0.2 and wp27 and i got the message when it try to create the thumbail
Failed
[object XMLHttpRequest]

So i tried with the media function of wp, and got the same html error when creating the thumbail.

My picture failing is jpg 912*608px and 79ko

It works with an other picture that is 500*570px and 89ko

What’s the pb? any idea?

I m doing a portfolio so I would like to upload picture 950*950 px.
