Big Contact Epic Failure sending and receiving emails

Don’t have any computer programming skills at all and trying to develop a website for my daughter. mandycyrartist.com which was going fairly well and the contact link was working before through the Big Contact plugin, now it’s not. It was saying the message was sent, but it was never received. I deactivated the plugin, took the contact off the page and then reentered it and now I am getting an ” Epic Fail ” message and getting very discouraged. I am sure it is some sort of programming or terminology, but have no idea how to go about fixing this.

Appointment Calendar not showing

I am using Big Contact on my contact us page. But the appointment calendar is not showing up.
The text “I would like to schedule you for an event on:” shows up but there is no calendar showing below it.

This has been occurring since I installed the plugin on WordPress version 3.8

Hi there,

My question is:
My form does not email me the inquiries from customers, I can only view any messages through the lead-function in WP. How do I solve this?

My email is set correctly in the Settings under Big Contact.

Big Contact- Cannot Send Email: Server Timed Out

I was just alerted that my contact form on my site throws this error:

Cannot Send Email: Server Timed Out

When someone tries to fill out the form. I just tested it and I do receive the email, but it still throws this error message. I have a feeling this has been going on for months as I’ve been getting multiple emails from the same people one after another (I think they just keep submitting the form and eventually give up.)

Anyway I’m not sure what might be going on or where I should start troubleshooting…

im using hostgator host , wordpress 3.4.2 , Bigcontact Version 1.3.8

Hi there,
Just downloaded this. When I put the phone NAME and Number into the appropriate area, it looks great on the form settings page but when I actually VIEW the page is looks like crap and it all runs together.
