Shipping Tax Issue

In British Columbia, we have to charge 2 taxes on shipping and only 1 on the product and I can’t figure out how to set this up.

Here is an example scenario.

Product costs $10 and there is 5% tax on it.
Shipping costs $1 and there are 2 taxes of 5% & 7%, or 12% in total.

The total taxes should be $.62 (5% on $10 ($.50) and 12%(5% + 7%) on $1 ($.12)), but it’s calculating it at $1.32.

Any ideas how to get this set up properly?
