Lost ability to view 2 years of visitor stats in bar-graph

For a few years, I have use the free JetPack detailed stats page to make a bar graph showing monthly numbers of visitors. Recently, a popup said that I needed to upgrade to use that feature. I upgraded, but the popup still will not let me enter a start date for 2 years ago. I certainly can see the year-in-review in a block graphic so I know the data is still in storage – I just want the bar graph like my team wants to see. Or, is there some way to download the data behind the year-in-review block graphic?

Hello Torro support,

There doesn’t appear to be the possibility of changing the colour of the individual bars in a bar graph. The colour seems to be configured/declared at the item level and not in a CSS file.

Can you please look at implementing a scenario where users can choose the colour of bars in a graph?

Your logo is pretty awesome. It’s a pie graph! However the only way the plugin currently shows data is in Bar Graph form. Is there a way to change the presentation from Bar Graph to Pie Graph (Pie chart)?

This would be quite handy!

Jetpack Stats not working

Hi!

I’ve been trying to get this to work since my site started, but until now the bar graph still doesn’t appear in Jetpack > Site Stats. It just shows a continuous loading .gif file. Site Stats don’t appear in Dashboard either.

But I know that Jetpack is fetching my site stats because when I go to WordPress.com, I see my stats. Why won’t they appear?

Hello! First, thank you for the great plugin. I like it very much. I am having difficulty getting the bar graph to animate.
