Hello,

I have 4 almost same sites with complianz cookie banner.
They all have the same plugins and settings.

On Two sites the Banner is not showing anymore, and I dont know what to do.

I checked all this:

When I went through the assistant again, the banner shows up in the backend, but not in the frontend. Anybody got a clue?

No cookie banner or manage consent button on page cookie policy

Hi, I have a question regarding the page “Cookie Policy”. There is no button “manage consent” and no Cookie banner on this page. All the other pages are showing both. Is this intentional? I noticed it’s the same for the Complianz website.

Banner (in the top of the page) in some pages are not showing

Everything was working fine but then I noticed that the banner on some pages on my website is not being shown (at the top of the pages). On mobile is worse, most of the pages don’t show the main picture.
Could someone help, pls?

a question / problem which is mentioned many times in the forum, but I can’t seem to find a solution. The problem probably lies in my sites installed theme, but I lack the proper knowledge to filter it out: after installing and going through all the steps there is no banner popping up on my site.

We recently installed the Simple Banner plugin (2.4.3) and have been trying to get it up on our homepage but it doesn’t show – it only shows a white margin of about 40pixels above our slider. (Right now I am using a full-width button to act as a banner for our homepage, but would prefer Simple Banner so we can use banner announcements universally across all our site’s pages).

Help figuring out why it won’t show?

2016 Theme Banner Not Showing

The banner is smaller than that required by the theme, and used to show up!

I suspect the issue is affecting site speed to, as it is snail like.

I tried a png instead of a jpeg but no difference.
Any thoughts?

Seem to be having similar issue as others with plugin. I only see the banner if im logged into the backend. Seems Ryan is providing great support. Wondering if this is a piece of code we need to add to get the banner to show. It is a custom made site. Thanks Ryan.
