My client wants a free plugin and does not want the WooCommerce Bambora plugin @ $79/year. The site is in Canada, so some do not work. Any plug in suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

]]>We have been using bambora as a payment gateway for years on our wordpress website with no issue with the plugin ‘Bambora Online ePay‘. When we tried to authorize our transactions to take payment today, we get the following error message:

Could you please help us identify the issue? Nothing changed on our website, no plugin or theme update. We deactivated all plugins leaving only Woocommerce and Bambora plugin and the issue still remain.

I had already contacted the Woocommerce support team through email, but didn’t get any reply. So this is my last attempt to get a confirmation regarding the compatibility of the plugin. If still no reply, I will have to buy some other plugin from another seller.
]]>We are using the Bambora Online ePay along with woocommerce. When a client make a purchase, we do not automatically capture payment as we do that once we mark the product as complete manually.
We created a user and assigned it a ‘shop manager’ role.
When this user is trying to capture the payment, we get this error message:
Your role cannot capture or delete the payment (screenshot bellow).

So, currently only the ‘administrator’ role are able to capture the money.
Could you please tell us if this is a bug or the intended behaviour?

1) The plugin name we use now is called: “Bambora PayForm for Woocommerce 2.2.0” but there is very old logos that the banks don’t even use anymore, and many failed checkout reports.
On top of that there is very suspicious behavior lately coming from the plugin, it’s calling “Visma” servers for logos and other files that are outdated.
So I was thinking ok let me go and see what can be done…
Went to look for updates from https://developer.bambora.com/europe/ where we originally got the plugin from & who we apparently paying for.
2) On the website https://developer.bambora.com/europe/ the link there takes you to:

By looking at the info there it’s missing all of the Finnish payment options and appears to be totally different plugin then what we have now.
3) If Visma have buy out Bambora from Finnish market, then shouldn’t you let us know and help us move to the new company?
What’s going on and what should we install and use ??? why there is missing update logs for the “Bambora PayForm for Woocommerce 2.2.0” ?!? is it even the correct plugin to use now??
We are already considering other payment processing company because of all of this mess. but since we have been paying so much money for so many years *(almost 70€ per website / per month) not to mention all the lost business. I think you guys own as some explanation…

In our bambora payment module settings we can se it to only charge from b2b creditcards.
“our setting”
So when we get orders from b2b clients , the bambora automatically after check out puts on a surcharge example 1,45% on the order, without VAT on it.
“on its own order line called :”surcharge”
“sometimes” it does infact put vat on that line pr auto”
But mostly no vat is added, only the amount from the payment system is noted.
The payment system dosent seem to add vat to the charge sometimes.
So how can we charge the client for this vat. alot of manual work goes into this, both in shop and in accounting.
Is this woocommerce that dont understand to place vat on it, or where is it the bambora that have a problem
