Hello

I have issue with player performance. When I add new player performance as format “Number” or “Checkbox” then is visible on player stats and player list, when I change for format “equation”/”balans”/ polish “bilans” then is not visible. Can You help me where and how can modify php player. I have version Sportpress Pro 2.7.15. To better understand issue I put examples on pdf file

How to show ‘Amount Pid’ and ‘balance’ on the invoice

Hello,

I would like to show ‘Amount paid’ and ‘balance’ if there’s any for any order, so the account team can get to know if the order is fully paid or not.
Is there any way that I can add those 2 sections on the invoice?

Hi team. I have a question. I see you can display the ETH and Fiat balance of a wallet that is associated to an account. Is the plugin capable of displaying a wallet ETH balance and FIAT that the address can be manually entered in a shortcode like the NFT “address”? IE: we have 4 wallets we want to display their balances on the front end to show how much they have made. Is this possible?

void voucher amount added into customer ledger as balance amount

Hi,

I have made 3 invoices one is for 100Rs with voucher no 1, second is for 200Rs with voucher no 2 and third is for 600Rs with voucher no 3. When I go to users > customers and click customer name for that these invoices are made there are three entries found with voucher number 1, 2 and 3 and total balance are 900Rs that is ok. but when I void invoice number 3 and go to again users > customers and click customer name for that these invoices are made total balance again 900Rs, while voucher number 3 is void. Why this entry not removed form transaction list. This will create confusion for the customer because he sees void transaction into ledger as balance amount without any declaration. Is this bug, kindly explain.

I am using wp erp Version 1.12.1

prevent negative balance mycred link

I have been using mycred link to add and deduct points. The default mode is that users’ balance can go negative, so the transaction does not stop even when a user does not have enough points. Unfortunately, the code does not work. It prevents any kind of deductions, even when the user has enough points.

Duplicate Orders – Negative Balance

Hi, I seem to be having a bug where the plugin is generating multiple orders for a single transaction and is using all the user’s wallet balance, then taking the wallet balance into negative:

This seems only to be happening when they are using the gateway for full payments, not partial payments.

Is it possible to check the user’s balance isn’t negative before creating an order?

Let’s say I create a coupon code for $100 and the customer uses only $30, then he will lose the $70 remaining if he doesn’t use the full amount at once.

Is there any way that this remaining amount can be used as a credit for further purchases by using the same coupon code???

can we add an option in the admin where we could set the remaining balance is paid in another way (cash, paypal etc). Currently I’m adding an admin note and setting the product as complete.

“Apply?” Store Credits Link Doesn’t Do Anything

I’m trying to test the Store Credits function of your Advanced Coupons plugin.

It’s very easy to add money to a user’s account. But when I go to checkout, it says:
“Store Credit Balance – $100.00 available – Apply?”

The word “Apply?” appears to be a hyperlink but when I click on it, it does nothing. I get a “javascript:void(0)” link box in the bottom left hand corner of Chrome.

Could you explain what I’m missing?

Hi, we have a little issue with the gift cardsn.
We sell two gift cards through the site, one digital and the other physical.
when we sell the digital, the recipient’s email is requested, if the recipient signs up, he sees his giftcard in his profile, and in the event of partial use, in the balance column he sees how much he has left to spend on the card.
When we send a physical card with a code issued by us, an email is not required. The recipient, even if he decides to sign up, has nothing in the giftcard entry of his account. We thought that by signing up and using his card to make purchases, then he would see the balance in his profile. We would like to see it all the time but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
Some idea?
