I accessed their website took a pic of the deactivated auto-renewal and contacted their customer support and sent them a copy of the deactivated Auto-renewal, they said that they had changed to MANUAL renewal for me, and they would not issue a refund.
These company and their people are money-hungry, and they will do anything to keep your money.
Please stay away from this company. They are a bunch of crooks.

Could I forgive the error and use it anyway? Maybe, but not when they also treat me this way.

]]>When clicking them in very random intervals the background music sometimes starts playing, sometimes not.
Sometimes the voice is loud, then quiet, then loud again, same with the music. Changing on slide advancement but also in between.
That seems very arbitrary and does not add to a great user experience.
At first I thought it was just in the preview windows but also shows in normal web story view.
As of this writing, they have yet to respond. This is fairly uncharacteristic of the company, so not sure why they have slipped so badly in their support response time.
While the product is typically stellar when you use the PRO version, I’d be wary of further use of this plugin until they fix their slack support lead time.
]]>The problem with this company (Min Orange) are several as follows:
– disingenuous: instead of being helpful, they want to charge for everything
– free plugins in WP are all muddled up – many of them doing similar things – very confused.
– Obfuscated code in the premium plugins.
– Refusal to provide a refund (because I don’t want to hire them to do custom work)
In other words – they just want your money.
The main problem is when I purchased their premium plugin (approx. $100) the code was obfuscated and as a developer – how on earth are we supposed to be able to modify it or customise it (as we would like to do)? Their reply was “you have to hire us”. Well, sorry no!
Obfuscated code is
1) Dangerous as you can’t see what’s in there.
2) Outrageous when buying into a GPL based code base
I asked for a refund and they refused. Now I am going through my bank to have them return the visa payment

]]>It conflicts with multiple themes and is missing the most basic of functionality – like being able to log back in as a student. I wasted three days trying to fix the issues, and every time I fixed one, 5 more popped up.
Then, try looking at the support forums on the ThimPress site. What a joke! There is no search function, and you cannot see the replies to any of the posts, whether or not you are logged in. Not really a forum if you can’t even see any responses.
Also, they refused to refund my money for an add on plugin that is absolutely useless without Learnpress.
I recommend looking ANYWHERE other than this plugin.

I bought the plug-in and immediately after purchasing found that the IG widget didn’t work, it even says “Due to Instagram API Update, Feed is not working now.
We are Working to figure out the solution. Please stay in touch.”
I chatted with them right away (an hour after purchase) to ask for refund. She said to write to support, I did. Then 3 more times in the next 2 days, then again through their online contact us forum.
They do NOT respond and have not given my money back.
