Here is my Reasons a 7 year full-stack and experianced wordpress and PHP developer:
1- waek UI expreince (front or editor)

2- very Complicated to use it (even make a simple row !)

3- Not user friendly at-ALL

4- very very very very VERY Hard & Complicated to develope (even add a simple gutenberg block and use the wordpress translation system in it!! )!

5-Poor Community

6-Poor docs

7- I think the project must stop at all!

This plugin was installed for a while not being used and then suddenly around the beginning of the month there was a virus script added as a footer on our site with this plugin. Not good devs. Uninstalled and never trusting them again. You need to fix this issue if you hope to have anyone use your plugin again.

CSS class requires use of Important

Piggybacking off of @webartist00 topic that is marked as resolved, which it is not properly addressed.

Any update after 5.7.6 has made using IDs redundant and without proper announcement or documentation it is now using Class.

While Class should’ve been the proper way going forward, the use of Class now requires that the !important is set in the CSS to ensure that the code is applied.

This is not clean code writing practices. Please fix this ASAP

Free unlimited subs with cost in time which is way worst. I could not promote for thanksgiving, because the plugin was not taking names because the plugin produced the wrong code and then they told me, “fix it yourself” Good Luck

latest update broke my site due to bad code that wrote to my htaccess file. I believe missing tags etc… had to rename htacess and create new one. Bad, very bad. Please provide better quality on code work especially to your updates. Thanks.

Dont use if you care about usability and are not using their theme

I was so excited to switch to this plugin for directories on my sites and it seems it would work great if you use their themes, but what I noticed was the plugin reset/overridden my theme settings for font size for the whole site to 15px! Im using Astra theme and it is supposed to work with it.

1. for UX it’s bad in 2021/2022 to use 15px for your whole site. Horrible accessibility and so last century.

2. Why would you set the font size on the body tag in the plugin? they could do that in one of their themes or if in the plugin set with different specificity so it doesn’t change all font on my 2,000-page site, just crazy! The only way I could fix it is for me to add “!important” to the body tag in the child theme and that would make it almost impossible to change other font cases, tons of specificity problems! This in my opinion is just lazy coding unless the goal was solely for you to upgrade to one of their themes.

So if you are happy with using their themes only or aren’t concerned with having Accessibility issues with your site then it looks like it might be a great plugin. I don’t fit those categories and nor should most other sites either.

The plugin uses standard wordpress comments system.
It’s causes lots of errors – the code is bad (close php tags, deprecated functions, unsafe sql queries).
The plugin left its table in the database after it was uninstalled.
And what is more important, the plugin is NOT FREE

Shortcodes break pages and posts.

1. On pages: header, menu, sidebar, and footer disappears. No comments show.
2. On posts, same as above, except my lone avatar shows.

Any ideas?
