It used to work fine in early November, now it does not. All i have is corrupt backup archives.
What kind of backup software is this? Does it not perform verification of the backup?

]]>On the new host, I’ve installed WordPress. Installed BackupGuard. And imported a migration file.
It didn’t work at all. The theme is there. But no pages, it’s like a fresh page that even says “Hello World”. I’ve tried to contact BackupGuard but it said no chat assistants were available, it took some info and said they’ll get back to me.
I’m about to just try doing it again, but I followed the steps and I’m not super confident about this plugin at the moment. Thinking about asking for a refund and just paying Network Solutions $50 to handle the migration.
What am I doing wrong? I went to the old install, created the migration file, downloaded, then imported to the new install, and it didn’t work. No error messages or anything. Just a broken site that is very much not what it should be.

]]>When opening the plugin to create a backup, I am greeted with blue dots rotating in a circle over the most recent backup made (August 2020). When clicking on the [Backup] to begin a new backup, there is no indication that the button has been selected. the blue dots continue to rotate in a circle and nothing happens.
I am experiencing this on both the stage and live sites, and have not found a solution thus far. Is there anyone who could assist?
