I have a few websites running on Astra WP theme (Pro version), all on the same server, with the same settings. However, only one presents a jQuery issue while working with Updraft Plus (free version).
Error description:
- When I log into the backend and go to the plugin page, the Backup button doesn’t work.
- I also noticed not being able to go between the tabs of the plugin settings.
- Some of the text that should be presented in the pop-up window seems to be built into the page
- And upon clicking the Backup buttin, an error appear in Console

]]>I just installed Total Upkeep. However, in the preflight check the very first message I see is “Total Upkeep is not compatible with your hosting account.?“
It also does not detect tar and zip on the VM. I have checked personally by logging onto the VM that tar and zip are available. I use cloudways for my hosting
Appreciate any help to get this fixed.
]]>While restoring from a backup everything was going well until it reached the others section. after unpacking 2002 out of 2483 files a message popped up in the event window saying there is a critical error on our site. It seems file 2003 could not be found or unpacked? The site still seems to work fine after this but Im wondering what would have caused it and if there is a fix?

]]>If I try to do a backup of the website (files and database) it starts normally and then, all of the sudden, it stops saying there are errors. So I’m here with unfinished backups that I’ll do nothing with.
It has been doing this for a while, and I need to back up the website to be able to update the WordPress version.

The backup doesn’t seem to wrap up properly, instead I have a message on the progress bar stating:
“Waiting to retry at the specified hour, after some errors occurred”
What can I do from here?
