What is the different kinds of data saving

By mistake, a few things were deleted from my site (built with Divi) yesterday afternoon, and I restored back to my 11am backup.
To not have to upload photos I added last afternoon, I restored everything except Uploads (and Plugins since I had not added any in the afternoon).
But what is really saved in “Database”, “Themes” and “Others”? I’m looking around and can’t find what’s saved where.

My client currently has a store locator on their site with several locations. I’m going to redesign. I still want to use the same plugin, but I want to know if I can simply import the data from the old site? It’d be great to simply install the plugin and upload the data.

I used duplicator to copy content from paidtrafficreport.com to mayanksinhaa.com which resulted in success.
But when i tried to login at paidtrafficreport.com/wp-admin …it redirects to mayanksinhaa.com/wp-admin every time . Can you please help ?

How to backup posts from a specific category?

Hello;

I would like to backup only those posts that belong to a certain category. My problem is I can’t find the database that stores the categories.

The wp_posts database stores the posts but I can’t seem to find any category field in there, unless I am missing it.

Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?
