I cannot print the backup codes generated. When clicking the “Print” button, it seems like a window or overlay is opening; but it gets closed immediately.

My mobile phone died and I had to get a replacement. It had the Google Authenticator App with access to my self-hosted WordPress Sites. So I cannot generate the correct code to login. I think I did save backup codes to file but I have no idea what the filename of the codes would have been. Does anybody know what the filename would be and if not how to disable the 2FA plugin ?

Thank you very much

]]>I unintentionally lost access to my WordPress account after deleting Google Authenticator and switching cell phones. I thought that my account was also linked to my phone number as a backup means of verification via SMS, but apparently that did not happen.
I would really, appreciate any help you could give me, and I will be absolutely sure to create back-up codes the next time I do this.
