It was solved earlier and I believe temperory backup links were provided, however due to my hosting problem I had to migrate to a different one, and now I am unable to restore using the backup files which were saved.

I request you to kindly look into the matter as I have the zip formats of the backup with me but they are from old version.

When I am restoring the backup of my website. It starts and then after some time it shows an error “Out of Memory” and then operation stops.

I have a website https://naturewalker.co/ with WordPress installed.
After that, I also created subdirectories with it’s own WordPress installed. Examples are:
– https://naturewalker.co/treat-insomnia/
– https://naturewalker.co/loss-weight-top-tips

I have installed UpdraftPlus at the website as well as the SUBDIRECTORIES.
What is the correct way to backup the website as well as the SUBDIRECTORIES?

Regarding Restoration:

1. How to restore the website as well as SUBDIRECTORIES?

2. Can I just restore only a subdirectory e.g. https://naturewalker.co/treat-insomnia/. How to do it?

3. Can I just restore the website without restoring the SUBDIRECTORIES?
