When the automatic WooCommerce transactional emails are sent, is there a way to add an admin order note (on the specific order details page)? Something like this or this maybe?

As you will see from the link, I have created a php form for the customer to click checkboxes for the information they want to receive, and supply their details including email address.
On submitting, the action is to go to a perlscript file that creates an email that includes links to the requested files and automatically send them to the email address supplied by the customer. It also creates an email to the client telling them of the request. I am using this system on five websites I manage for clients.
I am being told frequently that the perlscript is now old fashioned and possibly insecure. Is there anything on the market that could perform the same function, ie a WordPress plugin. All my searching finds are ‘amazing and powerful’ plugins, but not one that performs the above tasks.
Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks

Can you have an email automatically sent after purchase with the webinar link and info? And can you limit the amount of seats to be purchased through woocommerce?

Hi all,

I am new to wordpress and this is my first post here. I am looking for a plugin that me allow my wordpress site to have a form where users can send a mail to a given recipient (the same recipient for a given instance of the form) with minimal user interaction, something like writing his/her own email address and clicking a send button.

The recipient should see the email address of the user as sender, and not the one of the website.

It would also be great if the plugin can keep the mail addresses of all users having actually clicked the send button, and if it can optionally publish them under the form, or on a separated and linked page.

Is it some plugin, or plugin combination I can use to achieve that?

I am after a plugin that will automatically send emails based on some simple requirements. I require this is send from a domain name that I own in order to have a check in place that both outgoing and incoming email service status are working. i.e set a automatically scheduled email from a domain name, to send twice per day to 1 recipient to help capture when the emails could be down.

– set the frequency and time (daily, weekly, 10am etc)
– the subject/content
– recipient of the emails

Hey all, so right now I’m running the latest woo commerce, I’m selling t-shirts and I have a company that I can email the order to, and they take care of the shipping the printing of the shirts etc.

My question is, is there a way with a plugin or whatever, to make it so woo commerce automatically emails a generated shipping label from UPS or FedEx or whatever, so I don’t have to manually email them to the company. For shipping purposes, with tracking as well, so the costumer can track their package?

Let me know, if this is possible and how I would do it, maybe its simple and I’m just missing something but I have tried different plugins and none of them work at all.

Hello,
I’ve setup my mailpoet installation to send an automatic email when someone subscribes to a certain list, and this works fine.

Unfortunately if the user unsubscribes from my newsletters (for instance clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletters) and then changes his mind and he subscribes again using the form on my site, the automatic email is not sent again.

How can I do force sending the automatic email when an user subscribes again to the newsletter?

[plugin woocommerce] problems with printing invoice or delivery e-mails

My English is not that good but i’ll give it a try.

When the invoice, or any other automatic e-mail, is comming in to my inbox i can’t print it on one page..

Earlier this was possible so maybe they changed something in de plugin.

I can’t change it in the printer options so it has to be someting else..

Anyone else who has this problems?
