My host restricted my account due to “excessive usage” and says that auto syncing must be disabled for Jetpack.
I cannot find any instructions on how to do this. The chatbot (which seems to be AI?) told me three different locations where the instructions were supposed to be, none of which were correct.
Can someone kindly guide me to the right place?
Thanks

Thank you, enjoying this plugin so far!
]]>I just installed the plugin and I cannot find how to set auto-sync for my Youtube playlists. I watched a tutorial on Youtube but the user had auto-sync already set.
I saw a “Turn of auto-sync” button in the playlist settings. But on my website, the auto-sync option does not show.
What can I do?
]]>I’ve seen somewhere that for the calendar to be synchronised and refreshed every day or every ‘time’ it is needed to do something on the server side. Can someone please link me to the steps ?
Thank you.
]]>Currently I have setup the Mailchimp UserSync for WP. In the setup I’ve put the enable auto-sync on ‘yes’. However no auto sync seems to be happening, if I look at the sync settings it is registering the changes. These are then mentioned via the line: There are 5 background jobs waiting to be processed.
When I manually hit below this line on ‘process’ the changes are being pushed and are showing up in MailChimp.
Why is the auto-sync not working?
Thanks in advance!

Any ideas?
]]>This happens daily. Mailchimp claims this is a result of an API call but they are not providing much more information than that. My question, is it possible that auto sync is unsubscribing users from a specific list? I would think that this could not happen unless the user’s profile shared or passed the same subscription information for lists. I was under the assumption that autosync would update name, email and any custom field information that had changed but did not modify current subscriptions.
