I currently have the click to chat plug-in for my website and have set it up to join a group chat to myself and another team member. I would like to add auto responses to simple questions so wondered if you can direct me to some instructions telling me how to do this please? Many thanks

I have found multiple solutions; using contact form 7, plugins, etc. However, I am currently using Oshine with their prebuilt customizable contact form and it doesn’t have any option to have an auto response email. Then, with contact form 7 I can’t customize the form to suit the website.
I was hoping if there was a) a way to have an auto response email through Oshine, or if b) there’s a way to customize contact form 7 to suit the website. OR c) a plugin that could allow me to do both.

I have changed the email address in all areas of the plugin and of Mailchimp, but still I cannot find where to make these changes? If the answer to this question is ‘inside Mailchimp’, does it usually take a while to update?
]]>It was working yesterday. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in which didn’t work. I created a new event to see if that would work.
