I have a weird problem within WooCommerce, when I go to products –> Properties I can set the values and see which products are linked to these values for example I have a property called Cat. 2 (VLT: 18-43 %) behind the name I see that there are 4 products linked to this value however when I look at the products there is only 1 product that actually has the attribute Cat. 2 (VLT: 18-43 %) under properties selected the rest do not? How is it possible that this is still shown here?

The search term in the results breaks the HTML

When searching for a term, the term is highlighted in the results by an EM tag. (I’ve simplified this using highlightPreTag and highlightPostTag in the algolia_search_params filter.) However, the EM tag is added within HTML attributes (e.g. the IMG and A tags), which breaks the page’s HTML.

Can this be fixed, or is there a way to completely remove the highlighting altogether? I’ve found attributesToHighlight but it’s unclear how to modify this using WordPress filters in the PHP code.

Default mapped attributes not being applied to some variable products

I’m really close to launching a WooCommerce website for a client, but lately I’ve been running into issues with the syncing of some variable products.

As shown in the attached screenshot above, several variable products are showing some values as missing, even though attribute mapping has been configured to set those values to a known variable and has successfully been applied to almost everything else in the store.

I’ve already tried manually syncing and removing the products both individually and as the whole feed from the connection test page, but so far have not found success in getting rid of the problem.

Below I have attached the store’s status report, but if there is anything else I should provide to troubleshoot, just let me know.

Attributes not clickable after adding Variations

Hello, I’m trying to figure out why each of the options on this product is not clickable. I’ve added the attributes in the attributes section of WooCommerce. I added this product as variable when creating it. I added the 3 different attributes – Initial, Book Charm, and Dust Plug. I loaded all the variations (over 200). Yet when I publish, I can’t select any of the options. What am I missing?

Hi I know this has been asked before by another user, but you said it was a rare case. I’m appealing to you as a plugin developer to rethink.

The big issue with WooCommerce attributes is they are not treated as “specifications” by default. If I add multiple attributes to a variable product, those attributes are listed as specification on all variants in the “more information” tab, rather than on the individual variants. The result is users can’t see which attributes are unique to the selected variant. The reason I think this needs to be solved using “attributes” is simply to prevent WordPress users from having to not only enter attributes but also specifications – basically double the work.

Example: Car shop. The black car ONLY comes with leather seats, and is the ONLY one that does.

If I check “used for variants” next to “seat fabric” in the attributes tab, the customer has to choose “black” variant before they can choose “leather” attribute in the “seats” dropdown.
Customers then have to click the “seats” option to choose “leather” but that’s pointless as it’s the only option available for the black car. Redundant click. Exponentially redundant if there are many attributes (specifications).
If customers aren’t forced to choose “leather” in the dropdown, (if “used for variants” is unchecked) they aren’t even aware that it comes with leather, because if the attribute is not shown as a dropdown now. The fact that this variant has leather seats is in fact not displayed anywhere on the product page as a consequence.
Under “More information” you can see “leather” is an option but you can’t see which variant that option applies to. If you switch variants, the only things that update are price, weight, and dimensions. But those are not the only important attributes of a product.

I know this is essentially a WooCommerce problem, but I think you plugin almost solves the issue – if it supported variable products. I also think those of us who have noticed this issue with WooCommerce, and have searched long and hard for a solution, are a silent statistic, because we come up empty handed, and end up simply making single products rather than variable ones, out of pure frustration.

Hello Support,
We are getting issue to export woocommerce products for variation products. If variation product is more than 100 than it is export that item with same name. For example if i have product called “Test Product” and i have 3 Attribute called size,color,width and variation name will be “Test Product – 10, red,100” but when i try to export it will export with name “Test Product” for all 200 variation. Hi there!
I’m experiencing an issue with the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter (free version) on my website shop.hopechildrenua.org.

When a user navigates directly to a shop page filtered by a specific product category and then selects another category using the sidebar filters, the attribute filters (such as “Gender” and “Size”) for the newly selected category do not display in the sidebar. This prevents users from refining their search within the new category.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the page: https://shop.hopechildrenua.org/shop/?yith_wcan=1&product_cat=shoppers
In the sidebar, click on either “Hoodies” or “T-shirts”:
Observe the sidebar filters: “Gender” and “Size” attributes are missing for the newly selected category.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
