Smushed image options missing from Attachment Display Settings (Size menu)

Hello! I’ve been updating my website and since yesterday I have not been able to access the Smushed versions of my images from the Attachment Display Settings menu. I used to be able to click on the Size dropdown menu and see Small, Medium and Large options with the word Smush next to them, but I no longer see those options. I am using WordPress 6.0 and the Divi theme. Any help would be greatly apprecaited!

The attachment display settings option is missing when I upload an image. Does anyone know how to enable this feature? I want to link my images to a custom url.

Is it possible to get the attachment settings back for the insert media modal? I can not figure out which Gutenberg filter/action makes them disappear.
I am using Gutenberg on a small part of some posts so disable is not an option. Most images are placed through custom fields. And here it is not possible to define the image size etc as these moved into the Gutenberg editor.

Custom URL ability gone

It has been a few months since I did anything with my webpage. I tried adding an image to a post and found out the option to add a custom URL link is gone. I am missing the attachment display settings for media files. (step 4 here https://www.templatemonster.com/help/wordpress-how-to-link-a-post-image-to-a-custom-url.html) How can I restore this?

I’m using theme “fotography”.

I had been using portfolios where each image was linked to a custom URL. This is no longer working on my old pages and I can’t recreate it because I don’t have the option to add custom URLs to media files anymore.

Any ideas?

Not only can’t I add a custom URL to an image, all of my old posts with custom links added to images no longer work.

Hello Elara crew!

I want to add the post URL to my feature image picture, but when I upload the image the only thing I can edit is the “Title”, “Caption”, “Alt”, and “Description”, NOT the URL, which is set to my site domain. If I go to Google images and click on my post feature picture it links to my homepage, not to the post.
How can change that?

Hi if you look at this page https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/141703/adding-more-options-to-the-instance-of-an-image-attachment-display-settings the highlighted section (B) shows media display settings. Im sure I used to have this feature but I dont have it anymore so I wondering if it was anything to do with the media library categories premium plugin and if anyone knows how I can activate ‘attachment display settings’ ?

I want to add destination urls to images and to my knowledge the only way to do that is through ‘attachment display settings’ but that feature has disappeared. I have the url of the image location (greyed-out) the fields for ‘titl’, ‘caption’, ‘alt text’ and ‘description’ under that should be attachment display settings where i can add a destination url but that section is missing. I have image category selections which are generated by a plugin I use but I dont think that would have removed the attachment display settings. Can anyone help ?

Featured image lightbox?

Hello everyone!

I want my post’s featured image to be clickable and open in a lightbox. I can achieve this with many different plugins out there but only by inserting the image inside the post (ADD MEDIA) and change the “Link to” setting in the “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS”.

The problem is though that I don’t want to insert the image inside the post.
I want the “ATTACHMENT DISPLAY SETTINGS” to be available in the “FEATURED IMAGE” settings but it’s nowhere to be seen. Is there a way to have this setting appear there?

No "Attachment Display Settings" visible when uploading file to Media Library

When I upload a JPG I cannot choose a default image size – there is no drop down menu,or anything. There is no Attachment Display Settings box in my “Edit Media” window. I have to manually resize every uploaded image. Do I have to install a plugin to access this function?

Disclaimer – I am almost completely new to WP; I authored a WP blog on a company’s website, so I have been through the motions of uploading images and selecting an image size through the Attachment Display Settings in another dashboard.
