I’ve used this plugin for more than two years without any issue. Suddenly an issue occurred today, then I posted on the support forum. The support team replied promptly, and even though the issue was caused by another unrelated plugin, they assisted me on tweaking the settings to solve the conflict. I’m highly satisfied by their kind and prompt assistance!

Please don’t take this badly, but I’ve recently had 2 very expensive plugins I bought abanoned by the developer, things went quiet, no support tickets being answered.

Please just confirm you’re very busy at the moment

I have used Easy Digital Download in the past so was somewhat familiar. However, this time I had a bit of an issue and reached out for assistance. I only have a few downloads right now, so am using the Free version. I emailed support and within 24 hours (less I think) Amir had responded and helped me figure out the issue. No full width in editor but shows website

When I am in the WordPress page editor, the width of my content is very small as if I had very large side margins. The content is cramped up to about the size of a mobile view (but on the desktop view). I’ve tried to fix it with plugins, new themes, content group margins/padding, and changing the templates, but the page editors won’t show the site in full width so it’s really hard to design. All of the elements are bunched up in the editor, but in the website preview, it is full-width and looks good. How do I get the editor into full width to edit the website correctly?
